Watching the sun go down, with the music playing. Sitting in the sand on the beautiful beach. A perfect night. Thank you to the people who make it possible. Great night!

I went there last night for a free concert on the beach. There was a great turn out and it was a nice romantic time for me and my husband.

Small, clean and friendly place to swim, kayak or just hang out. No fee to park. Some covered shelters. Limited parking in season. Has rest rooms available. No concession stand for food. Entry not paved so a bit dusty.

This beach is beautiful! The sand is pretty clean and easy to walk on, and there are no large rocks at the bottom of the water when you are walking in it, like some beaches. Sometimes it gets crowded, as it is a smaller size beach, but it is worth visiting! Make sure you have a couple dollars (no more... More

Go for the reason it was named. Go if you have little kids as it has a long shallow area with little to no wave action. Restrooms on site. All kinds of wildlife to see.

Whenever we are in town, we stop at Sunset Beach to see the sunset. It is a great place to watch since it is a little "island." There are picnic pavilions, volleyball courts and sometimes a food truck. There is no fee, and usually plenty of parking. Definitely check this spot out for the sunset!

This cozy little beach brings a lot of enjoyment to both the active young set and the laid back retirees as you can see in the attached photos. It offers picnic pavilions, swimming , volley ball court, and beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets. The Tarpon Springs Recreation Department sponsors a free concert once a month usually on the third Thursday of... More

I moved recently to the area about 30 minutes away from the beach and I find it to be absolutely relaxing small enough for a nice little getaway areas to barbecue and a playground for the kids if you want to bring them with. Bathrooms are clean there is no eating area but you can bring your own food and... More
