I don't go to winery on the normal but joined my sister for the day and had a ball wine tasting. This little winery was started 17 years ago but the owner, His castle is very him and her. They are art collectors and the tour was very educational. Wine from Europe is different and he's been making it since... More

We had purchased a groupn for 4.....it was supposed to be a tour, tasting and chocolate experience. The place is small, the husband/wife team are owners, wine makers and live upstairs....small could be ok, but not so much in this case. The chocolate exp was a box of 4 piece Whitman's sampler......WHAT?? Really? So much for that, the talk about... More

What a horrible experience. My friend purchased the package... Wine tasting - chocolate, cheese and nuts from Groupon. First of all, presentation is key. We sat on lawn furniture and the place was cluttered with boxes. The owners were eccentric and did the presentation in pajama pants. The chocolate was one of each( M&M's, twix, KitKat kiss and few others).... More

This place is amazing and made me fall in love with red wine all over again. The couple who owns this winery clearly put their heart and soul into their product. It's a small operation, very quaint, but their wine is my favorite! They don't add sulfites, so no wine headache, plus they don't add sugar or water--they make their... More

The winery is literally where the winemaker and his wife live. It's a medium sized building that looks like a warehouse when you walk in, pretty cluttered with wine wine type decor. The couple is in their 70s and has trouble moving around. They welcome in the guests (reservations required with groupon guests) into the winery to sit down inside... More

The wine was excellent. Tables and chairs needed upgrading and decal uttering of the wine tasting room. An elderly couple were the hosts who were very friendly and knowledgeable about wine. It was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon.

This couple is amazing. If you think you are in California with a huge winery, you will be disappointed. If you want a small winery with Italian wines, great stories and a colorful couple this is the place. The wines were very good. We are from Calif and know about wineries. But we are in Florida and the Muscatine grapes... More

Bought from groupon and was so dissappointed. Crabby older couple were the host - rushed us through the presentation. Wine was ok - but if you want an experience to go with wine tasting this was not it. At one point our host emptied the wine from one bottle into another. Their dog was in the crate next to us... My wife and I decided to step outside the box and sample some wine. Neither one if us are big wine drinkers. We have never been to a wine sampling before. After purchasing a Groupon, I called to make a reservation. The women said we could come at 5:00. When we arrived, I rang the bell and an elderly women... More

We visited in June 2015 on a whim, thinking it would be like any other winery (have been to multiple wineries in Augusta, MO). First thing that is a lie about this place is that they advertise on their sign "watch us make wine" which, no one was allowed to do. They would not even show us where it was... More
