Took the sunset cruise with family & friends. Poor customer service, not very friendly. Boat was crowded. There wasn't much narration along the way. I would not recommend.

This tour took us out to the barrier island where we stopped and were able to get off the boat for 30 minutes. The highlight of the trip were the dolphins we saw as we arrived at the island. The captain took the time to drive the dolphins to get them to play in our wake. The crew was friendly... More

First of all, let me say that I did my research online before booking this 2-hour tour! I then placed my call to this establishment and spoke to two different women before I actually booked our reservation. Both women were very kind and we didn't have any problems - with our group of 10 she even gave us a $2/pp... More

My family went on this cruise. Many of the personnel working here are rude. The captain is the only one who seemed nice and the cruise was semi informative. Just a heads up- they do ask for a tip at the end of the cruise by holding out a tip jar as you go by. They have a bar on... More

Yesterday my father placed a reservation for this cruise line by mistake (was supposed to make a reservation for Sun Line Cruises). When he realized his error, the woman working the desk refused to not charge his debit card for 6 people. After the rest of our party arrived, we spoke with the woman and she finally agreed to not... One of the three people in our party called to make reservations for the 2 hour Sightseeing and Dolphin Cruise. For $3 more each, we could have disembarked to "get our feet wet and to explore the island to collect shells and swimming, but the winds were too strong that day; no one was allowed off the boat. They had... More

Allow me to set the scene for you. You are innocently walking the streets of this tourist town when you are hastled by not one, but about five former Ohio residents who now work for this outfit. They clearly work on commission b/c they are vehement in their insistence to get you to a.)ride their boat b.)buy crap in their... More

We had company in town, so decided to take this boat ride out to Anclote for the sunset cruise only. It was chilly and they provided blankets. Drinks are sold on the boat. We had plenty of time to walk on shore and found some really pretty shells. For the price, if you want to take a boat ride, it... More

There was a video before the trip that explained the history of the sponge docks and how the sponges are processed. The trip out to Anclote Island was smooth. The Captain was informative and personable. The area of debarkation was on the east side of the island which was very calm and easy to walk on. People with disabilities or... More

They overbooked the boat ride so they kicked us off the boat! The manager only offered us a rain check not a refund! When we asked for a refund we were given an attitude.
