This was one of the coolest experiences ever! It was a little confusing to find, but it was worth it. It was a one and a half guided tour where you are five feet away from lions, tigers, and other awesome big cats. The bugs like to feast on visitors, but they do supply bug spray. We got caught in... Took my boyfriend here for his birthday and he was like a kid in the candy store! The walk was an easy one and many shaded areas to stand in. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly! Would come back with others!

Off the beaten path but well worth it. Animals are very well cared for, pens are clean and you can get a real education while there. I highly recommend support for this great cause.

Enjoyed learning about this organization and their love for animals. They give sanctuary to lions and tigers and exotic cats that came from the circus or were "pets" for people who have no business domesticating these type of cats. The cats seem very content in their surroundings which are a far cry from the conditions they were kept in.

Big Cat Rescue is by far the best place ever. All the staff and volunteers go above and beyond to help these animals. This is so much better then amusement parks. This is truly an amazing experience

I would never go here again. I would much rather go to Vernon Yates's compound where it is MUCH safer to take even a small family.

I'm all for saving the Big Cats from deplorable conditions when they need it. When they are Purchased as an addition to their program adding an "Attraction" value, then, is that a rescue? I am curious as to when the "Small Cat Rescue" side will open up so that we can see all the Savannah, Bengal, Chausie house cats that... More

I really enjoyed our visit! It was eye opening to hear about the inhumanity that is characteristic of the exotic pet trade and how this sanctuary is actively working to change this. I was a bit surprised they allowed flash photography and I felt a bit bad for some of the cats when some of the other people on the... More
