It would have been a 3 star, average rating... but they have a wallaby encounter that you can walk through that want a bunch of cages. They actually ran around you as you walked through it!

An ok zoo but not sure why it is so highly rated. Avoid the food court, dingy, cavernous and rubbish food (cold and certainly not fresh ! A reasonable array of animals on view but a bit concerned about the solitary tiger just pacing up and down I think our experience would have been improved if we had not chosen... More

always lovely to see animals but it is way too expensive. they should offer better discounts, preferably a better military discount? the staff was nice, the animal enclosures were nicely kept and there are a wide variety of animals there.

My wife and I took our 3 kids here on a chilly day when we couldn't hit the pool or beach.. It's broken up into like six sections (African, Asian, reptiles, Ocean, Primates etc,etc.). The park was pretty clean and prices were cheaper than the aquarium and gave us much more entertainment. There was a nice African guided tour/ride that... More

This was a beautiful zoo. We really enjoyed walking around and seeing the foliage and exhibits. There were alot of exhibits that were "under construction" so we didn't get to see as many animals as we'd like. To be one of the top rated zoos in America it didn't really deliver with any unique exhibits. They pretty much had the... More

The zoo is well maintained and the exhibits are very well done. There's plenty of choice for food but it is a little costly. Some of the parts of the park aren't currently open so you should take that into considerations when booking your tickets. I'd definitely go back

My daughter fell in love with this zoo. At every step she was just amazed, from the sting rays to the giraffes it was worth every penny. It was a lot of fun, and the zoo is very accommodating for a family with young children. I'd recommend this zoo to anyone! I would definitely go again if I were in... More

Really enjoyed the narrated tram ride that went by many of the animal exhibits. Guide/driver was knowledgeable and pointed things out very well. Seemed very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
