Ybor is the worst place ever!!! It's very dirty and trashy!! Nothing but people fighting! I even saw 2 guys beat up on 2 girls (which got broken up with in seconds). I would never go back there more

Not quite what we expected. Very little to do during the day besides eating and the movie theater. I hear the night life is good if you travel in large groups...The trolley system operates to Ybor from downtown and you can get there for 2 dollars one way. A cab may be more convenient if time is an issue. more

You can do Ybor City in under an hour. Couple of ok restaurants. The City could have a real gem here if they got involved, cleaned it up, and got some business attractions. The marketing is WAY ahead of the reality. If your time in Tampa is limited don't waste it here. more

Thoroughly enjoyed a trip to Ybor City. Lots of historical significance. The State Museum was worth a visit, we went on a tour with a former resident of the neighborhood.
