Meh. It was alright, all in all it took about 1.5 hours to get through everything with a group of 7. I think this is definitely more entertaining for children though. Oddly enough I enjoyed the "Wetlands" part of the aquarium more than anything.

What a great place to spend a few hours and learn of the life underwater. Tanks full of beautiful fish and other aquatic life. The wife and I visited the Florida Aquarium-Tampa on a rainy day. It was well worth the visit. As we walked the route listed for touring, we seen tank after tank of beautiful, colorful fish. Some... More

We love the aquarium. We are annual passholders and enjoy a quick visit or the educational tours that are offered several times throughout the day. The young ones enjoyed the splash area while the parents can enjoy an adult beverage at the outdoor tiki bar.

Visited here in July 2015 with my family of six. There were very realistic exhibits - especially the Florida Wetlands. There were fun games and educational opportunities throughout the aquarium. The kids loved the three different touch tanks. There is a kids "Splash Park" outside so have the kids bring their bathing suits to cool off. We loved that this... More

This was our first time to the Florida Aquarium, and what a fantastic time it was! Finding the place was a little tricky - make sure you pay attention to the signs. Once inside, however, it was amazing. The interior had a Disney-esque vibe to it (think "Living Seas" at Epcot). From the paths through the mangroves to the mesmerizing... More

The Florida Aquarium was a terrific experience. The wetlands trail is up close and personal, and the coral reef tanks and other exhibits were fascinating. The Living Seas at Epcot WISHES it was the Florida Aquarium. Great deal for teachers---they get in for free. Was disappointed that you could only see the penguins if you bought the $30 extra VIP... My cousin got engaged here and held her wedding here as well. We were able to browse the attractions during the wedding what I saw was quite interesting. They were married in front of the large tank with the sharks and other fish swimming the background. I would like to come back and visit when I can explore it more... More

This aquarium is one of the better ones than I have been too. It is definitely better than the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. I believe the price is fair for the attraction, just make sure you buy tickets online as they are significantly cheaper. My favorite part was getting to touch the starfish and the sea anemones. I also enjoyed the... More

We loved the aquarium. Everyone had fun, huge tanks and small tanks and everything in between. Touch tank was fun. All kids of sea creatures.

Thoroughly enjoyed seeing all the different marine life with my family. My son was happy to see penguins, my husband loved seeing the salt water fishes, family loved seeing the Madagascar exhibit. All in all, an enjoyable visit.
