The Florida Aquarium is a great place to take kids and enjoy the day. All the exhibits are well done and the staff is very friendly.

We live about an hour away from the aquarium and have been three times so far. If you are local I would highly recommend becoming a member of the Lowery Park Zoo or the aquarium to take advantage of the reciprocal deals and discounts. The staff is friendly at the aquarium and we love the exhibits. Treat your family to... More

Dull, dreary and very uninspiring! Over priced with little to see or do. Unless you want to pay more. You will see more wildlife on the beach for free. Avoid!

I've lived in this area for years and have never been to the Florida Aquarium but a rainy day cancelled our outdoor plans with my daughter and her family with 2 young children. The price is reasonable but we checked Living Social and got a better price for admission. Since this is in downtown, there is a fee to park.... More

Was chilly out so decided to make the trip to Tampa to the Aquarium, it was well worth the trip, nice varity of aquarium life. Happend to be there when divers were in with the sharks, they put on quite the show. If you are close make sure to go.

Small compared to Atlanta or Chattanooga's but I really like how close you can see many of the fish. Awesome rainy day activity. My nine year old loved it. The predator show is great also! Parking was easy.

Chaperoned a group,of third graders and it was both educational and fun for all. Since it was a class trip there was "lab time'"'and activities that were school related along with the exhibits. They have a nice little gift shop with all sorts of merchandise in various price ranges. The only disappointment was the food...I was sorry no one told... More

Whether a kid or a kid at heart this is a great place to visit. You can learn more about Florida's wildlife, touch sting rays, see sharks, and grab a bite to eat on the deck (or a cocktail)! A must see while in Tampa!
