We take out of town guests to visit the capitol and the view from the top is outstanding. Love the artwork they display also. The workers at the gift shop and information booth downstairs are very friendly and helpful. More

Some days you can see the coast from the top! Great art displayed, too. More

The "new" (completed in 1977) capitol is a big highrise that's functional for the executive and legislative branches of Florida's government. The main thing it offers is a great view of the surrounding area from the observation deck on the 22nd floor. Sometimes decent art exhibits also are on display. More

We took a High School group here and everyone had a good time! It is large and well maintained, I think the old capital building it better, but being up on the top of the new capitol with the aerial view is amazing!! More

What a unique, great building. It reminds me of the North Dakota capital building in Bismarck, ND. The "skyscraper" design is pretty unique and I highly recommend a visit. More

My family and I just recently visited the Capitol after having gone to many across this country. Florida's Capitol is a bit of a disappointment after seeing so many others, but we enjoyed it just the same. Make sure you take a ride up to the Twenty-Second Floor to get a spectacular view of the city! While we were up... More

The Old Capitol Building on the same grounds as the NEW one, has a Fantastic Museum and as is a great Piece of Florida History, Included is a recreation of the Senate and House Chambers from Circa 1906. Good stuff indeed. Finish off with a great view of the area from the 22nd Floor of the New Capitol and a... More
