I finally made a trip to the store where I bought a foot long smoked sausage and a cream soda to eat on the front porch. it was very good and I will be making more visits in the future for another sausage. they have old fashioned sodas so it's like taking a step back in time.

The drive to this place is one of the most beautiful canopy roads in the area. It's about a 25-30 minute drive from Tallahassee but if you enjoy just seeing the sights that you will enjoy the drive. Once you get there it's just a small old country store that is famous for it's locally made sausage. They let us... More

This is definitely an old time country store. The employees were all pleasant and helpful. The sausage dog was delicious! There is a table available inside for a quick bite, or you can enjoy it outside on the bench or rocking chairs. Worth a stop if you are in the area!

Bradley's Country Store is in the middle of nowhere...very close to the city! It is so authentic and worth the trip! The fresh saugage is my favorite; however, they have all kinds! It is the best sausage I have ever had! You can buy in bulk and take it home just like everything else! I highly recommend Bradley's Country Store... More

On a recent visit to Tallahassee a friend recommended that we checkout this historic 1927 Country Store that specializes in smoked and fresh sausage, which we did. Enjoyable visit - we each enjoyed a freshly cooked delicious smoked sausage on-site and found some homemade jam and variety of root beers/old fashion sodas for purchase in addition to a wide variety... Old country store that makes their own sausages. we got the lunch special which is a sausage dog a bag of chips and a fountain drink for $5,50 .you can eat inside or sit on the front porch in a rocking chair. They have a old time grocery store and they feature their own jams, sauces and bags of grits.... More

I moved to Tallahassee in 2010, I was immediately told to go get some Bradley Sausage. It's five years later, I always get a Bradley's Sausage dog at the local Home Depot, I visit the Country Store routinely. I love that they are stocking up on hard to find soda (made with sugar-need Brownie Root Beer). I always get great... More

I agree with every poster that said these people are rude. I didn't know what I wanted, and not being very familiar with sausage, I needed guidance. All I got was a redneck who didn't want to help me at all. The shelves were bare because, as we were informed, the owner "didn't feel like ordering inventory". They didn't really... More

I'm sorry that your experience at our store was such a disappointment. It is a disappointment for me as well to read these comments. This is an old country store, built by my grandfather some 87+ years ago in 1927, and while it may be old and the floors worn, the word "dilapidated" causes me some concern. We certainly do... More

We were told this a cute county store and it was. This a nice old fashioned country store with different and unusual items. They must smoke their meat outside in a small building, unfortunately it was raining when we were there so we couldn't explore more. But I really enjoyed stopping
