A small but well appointed park, nice stop for a fiver, with both a coastal beach and an inland waterway beach area. Small boats and fishing is allowed, separated from the swimmers, very clean white sand beaches. Includes covered benches, BBQ, showers and even a very nice kiosk supplying drinks and ice cream.

looking for a local place to just spend a few hours or minutes after dinner to watch the sun sink into the Gulf, or want a local beach for the kids? This is the place to be. People watch, Dolphin watch or just watch the sunsets!! don't forget your camera!!

Having visited Florida many times I was less than impressed with this beach. I guess if you are a local it's a quick visit but I would not travel any distance to go there. I heard a local refer to this place as, "the Redneck Riviera". Of course these were the same guys who saw a snake in the water,... More

Beautiful coastal beach. Parking is a premium. No place to park so we had to leave the island. Pay to park at the machines. If you can park and stay, it is so worth the drive as this part of the state lacks easy access to swimming beaches.

Every dusk is a must to see the sunsets at Pine Island. It is a beautiful place just a few miles from Spring Hill Florida. Swimming and sunbathing all year.

This is Hernando Count's only beach. It is a beautiful, well kept park, featuring a great playground and beach volleyball area. The water is shallow, making it perfect for families with small children. Willies Tropical Cafe is also located there, providing great beach food and non alcoholic beverages.

Small out of the way beach and park with nice beach. Too cold today to test the water but talked to some of the locals about best times to come. I would return ona sunny warmer day.

This beach is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the serenity, the dolphins jumping, clear water & lots of fish swimming around you. No waves! perfect for non swimmers & kids. Nearby is Willy's grill. Great for lunch & snacks. Restrooms are very clean.
