We came to Florida for a vacation in the beginning part of 2009, and this was one of the first attractions we visited. My husband actually brought in a bag of pistachios he was eating into the park and we were able to reach our hands out to most of the monkeys and they would take them out of our... More

The park is in a poor condition and only the little monkeys had the space they should have. Both parrots and the rest of the monkeys had REALLY bad enviroment, and NOT enough space. In Denmark we definately don't treat zoo animals like this. Many of the monkeys lived only on metal fence and no "ground". I'm truly sorry me... More

What a find, privately owned and the care shows. It is a great way to see the animals up close and feed them. The annual pass is the best buy.

It's obvious that the people who work here really care for all the animals and birds, it just looks as if a little extra money wouldn't go amiss. The monkeys who are living free around Monkey Jungle still seem to be happy and healthy but we thought that there seemed to be a lot more animals in cages than the... More

Sadly only one gorilla. Ok but expensive ($33 per person). Goes to a good cause but still way over priced.

I spent the day here with one of my girlfriends and our kids (ages 8, 4 and 2). We all had a wonderful time. The kids loved feeding the monkeys. Everything was clean and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a fun adventure and definitely worth the drive from Palm Beach. A bonus was heading to Knaus Berry... More

My girlfriend wanted a monkey for her 4th birthday, and has been pissed at Santa ever since that she didn't get one. So 40 years later I made sure she got to adopt a monkey that they'd keep here for her. ;-) This was an amazing experience all the way around, we got to have a great hands-on experience, and... More

We loved the Monkey Jungle! Rachel, our guide, was very informative and the monkeys are adorable, entertaining and a real treat to experience. If travelling with a family, a definite stop. I've read some reviews about the price being too much for the return, but I would say this, all profits and donations go to the Medical Clinic that provides... More

Monkey Jungle has been around for decades. It has been used for the study of South American monkeys and a tourist attraction. Hurricane Andrew pretty much destroyed it in 1992. The tree canopy is slowly growing back. You can see everything in under two hours. It is rather expensive in my opinion: $29.95 for adults, $23.95 for kids 3-9, and... More

I was lured to the monkey jungle by their deceitful advertisement. In reality you cant have close interaction with the monkeys, they are all behind the cage, you cant even get a good view at them. The shows are too primitive. You can see the whole place in 20 minutes. The staff at the reception are totally stupid and liars.... More
