Was very excited to have Wild Waters open, not just for campers or park visitors but for all the Silver Springs residents . All seemed to enjoy it especially during the excessively hot days. Reasonable cost.

Local news states that our long-time WaterPark in Ocala, Florida will NOT reopen due to politics and reported financial concerns over updating and maintaining it. I felt it important to pass on this news since I gave this place a review months ago with specifics on the new management with phone numbers and I know some families travel long distances.... More

Park was nice. Good for little kids and teens to have fun. Pretty cheap, clean, good food, good looking lifeguards, very friendly, fun wave pool, nice slides, clean bathrooms, warm water for showers, get your hand stamped and can eat your own food outside of park if not wanting to pay for food at wild waters.

Wild Waters is a wonderful place for the family to spend a day. Much needed repairs and renovations are finishing up. The park is older and does not have the large thrill slides of newer parks that teens would like, however it is a great place for families with younger children and the smaller size makes it more manageable for... The park charges $10 for adults even if you only watch your child and don't use the park. Kids are $5. Not all of the play/slides were open and seems older.

We Visited the wild waters water park 2 weeks ago with our neighbours two young grand daughters. The park is basic compared to the other larger water parks in Florida, there was only one water slide open, the others we were told would be open later this month July 2014 as they are currently under renovation and hopefully upgrade. The... More

I took my grandchildren there July last year. Two water slides were closed. Third one was open as well as the wave pool. My granddaughter had a ball on the slide. MY grandson stuck to the wave pool. Cheeseburgers at lunch were pretty good. This year we returned on June 27 with our other grandchildren. All slides were closed. Only... More

It seems new management is dedicated to bringing this water park up to it's rightful potential. As of the date we were there, 7/6/14, only one water slide was open, the wave pool, kid play area and the baby pool. Parking was free, $10 per person, kids under a certain age...maybe 12 (?), the price is $5. My triplets are... More
