This is our happy place,we stay a stones throw away and we just love it here. This summer the water was unbelievable, very warm with no waves. You could walk way out in the ocean and the water was still very shallow. Our routine was to get up early walk on the beach looking for sand dollars,go back for breakfast and then return for... This is my favorite beach not only in Florida, but the whole world. The sand is so soft and light- it's like powdered sugar between your toes. The water is clear and warm, and the sunsets are breathtaking. I miss this place.

Enjoyed the soft and cool sand and warm water. It was like getting into a warm bath. No getting used to or freezing, just nice warm water to enjoy. It is shallow with minimal small waves with lots seashells! Would be awesome for kids! My wife and I loved it! Warmest sea we have ever been in.

My wife and I stayed at a resort just off this great beach for a quick vacation as a part of Visiting MLB Spring Training in 2014. We especially liked walking the beach in the mornings and seeing the fantastic sun set in the evenings. It was just great to be able to walk to the beach and not have... More

Wedged inbetween resorts the parking lot is oneway, slanted with a turn around at the end. Although if you want to get to point of rocks (South down beach) this is the closest parking you can get unless you buy a bed nearby! The beach is never as crowded as Siesta and there are many more shells to collect!

This beach is perfect for kids. The water is shallow, warm, and calm. There is snorkeling just off the beach and plenty of shells to collect. If you are lucky the wildlife might surprise you. Last year there were manta rays this year there were manatees. This might be our favorite beach and I grew up in Southern California with... More
