I've always considered the 3 miles of beach from Siesta village down to point of rocks one beach. It's the same sand, surf, etc. Lovely to walk or jog te whole stretch. The southern leg is condos, middle Siesa beach, then north leg accesses off Ocean. Parking and facilities for visitors are only really at main beach. But nirth/ south... More

The beach is average. Just go check out the pseudokarst tidal/ wave action springs and caves at point of rocks.

This beach is a mile south of Siesta Beach with the same white sand. It is very lovely except for 3 things. There is just 1 row of parking. There are no bathroom facilities. The smelly seaweed and debris from the ocean is just left to rot further. You would think that with all the tourists who pour into Siesta... More

The sand is as soft as powder, The biggest beach I have ever seen. Great for people watching, Unbelievable sunsets. Everyone needs to see this beach. The only con is parking is a nightmare!!!! I understand a new lot is opening soon, but I doubt it will be enough to handle the amount of visitors.

This beach not only has the finest, whitest sand around, it is also always very clean and family friendly. You still get the occasional trash along the beach, but there are trashcans in quite a few areas to help keep it clean. There are lots of family around everywhere and it is a very relaxed beach. There are also quite... More

Crescent Beach is a private beach for the hotels on the beach. We preferred Crescent Beach over Siesta Public Beach due to it being less crowded. You can find beautiful shells, starfish and sea urchins as you walk the beach. The sand is like powder and cool to walk on. This is the best beach I have ever been on.

Absolutely LOVE Crescent Beach! It's my happy place! Love the sand and the ocean. The sand is like walking in white flour! The ocean is clear and great for swimming. Very clean beach with great beach service at the Tropical Beach Resort.

The southern part of the beach, from Midnight Pass to Beach Drive is the quietest and cleanest. The water is calm so no thrills for boogie boarders.
