I wasn't sure I had found the right place when I first drove by. It has been a while since this place has seen any TLC. The inside is dark and cluttered. When I inquired about the gem mining the owner told me I could have read the rules online. After explaining the procedure, we went outside and chose the... More

The Green Man shop is the best we have seen, ever! There is something there in every price range and for everyone. Trust us you will want to stop and check this place out, it is a cross between Curio Shop and Museum. We spent two hours in the shop looking and learning about many cultures, history and spirituality. The... More

Our family has always wanted to make a stop at this unique establishment. Well we finally did! We were all pleasantly surprised. They were closing at 3 pm, we arrived at 2:45. We actually just stopped into to check the place out for next time. When the owner graciously told us he would stay open later for us. Our children... More

This is a nice place to come for a fun afternoon and relaxation. Outside mining: The area is covered by umbrellas for those who need the shade. Although there are umbrellas, make sure you wear your sunscreen. It gets hot out there. The man offered us bottled water. We appreciated that greatly. As the temperature was close to 99 degrees.... WOW WOW WOW. I spent 2 hours there, just popped in to check out the incense and left with wicked cool jewelery, oils, tea and beautiful globes. Mining for gemstones was not only exciting but informative, there were 2 kids, about 8 and they were excited beyond belief. definitely a permanent stop off on my travels, can't wait to visit... More

We took our 8 yr old granddaughter here and we all had a great time. She got the bucket of polished rocks and my husband and I choose different buckets. She loved what she found and so did we and have been back several times. My friend from Tn. came down and we took her there too. She loved the... More

The customer service (One person) was really bad. When my husband suggested we could tell friends of our community, he was told not to bother. The buckets for each of the children was $15 dollars, but we were not able to share them amongst us, and we had only one hour to process thier bucket. I was really disappointed but... More

you failed to mention that upon arrival with your party of eight (8) people you stated that you read the website which cites the rules clearly, $45.00 Minimum, No Sharing, 1 Hour. Your party of 8 initially only wanted to purchase a couple $15.00 buckets & share them; rules not posted clearly enough? We always waive the 1 hour time... More

We actually turned around to see what this place was. The guy who runs the store is super nice and very helpful. We ended up making a nice size purchase because his items were so unique. If you are into new age religion then this is the place to stop. Everything from incense, candles, spells, herbs, gems, etc; Very pleased... More

I spent a few hour mining for gems. I found all kinds of beautiful gems stones. My favorite is a ruby which I plan to make into a necklace. After I finished my mining adventure, I went into the shop. I found exceptionally, unique items in there. It was definitely worth the trip.
