Loved it! Went to mine gems expecting to pay more for the experience than for the gems. What we found was beyond our expectations. We bought four buckets of three different varieties to mine in old fashioned troughs and none disappointed. We left with a bag full of stones of all shapes and sizes. Definitely recommended! A lot of fun... More

Not only did we find some of the most beautiful gems and crystals, but the owner was so informative and truly has a passion!!! We were amazed, educated and thoroughly enjoyed our day! The curio shop has something for EVERYONE and I can't speak for everyone, but I personally feel grounded and calm after my afternoon here! LOVE LOVE LOVED... More

Loved the mining, and the store was excellent. This is a great place to get gems and other cool things, or just have fun mining. Everyone that mined found a lot of gems, and we found some rubies and sapphires too.

I love stopping in the Gem store. They have all different types of amazing items. It is surely worth stopping in to see what they have when ever you pass by as you never know what you might find. The owner / operator is very helpful and friendly. Enjoy!

This is a small rock shop and the price of the rocks in my opinion were higher than average compared to rocks in North Carolina which could be due to shipping costs. The shop had a lot of items such as incense and rocks and other souvenirs and was interesting to visit. Because of our limited time we did not... More

I took my wife and daughter to check this place out. It was really fun. We will definitely plan another trip to Sebring just to do this again.

Always helpful and has a plethora of knowledge regarding the gems and all of the items in his store. It was a wonderful day of panning and we walked away with over 20lbs of gems! Great... More

Although it is not really a mine it was a very genuine experience. I have been to other places similar to this and I came home with a small bag not even a quarter of the way full. Here I went home with larger specimens as well as many more bags full. The $55 bucket is worth every penny it... More
