Love stopping by here on every trip to the area. The prices are average (cover price on everything), but the atmosphere is great.

Everything about the town of Seaside is easy going and relaxing. So of course reading a good book is a must! This is a great place to stop if you want a new book. The selection of children's books was great too. Plus, there are nice gift items to choose from. My family loved stopping in this shop.

On August 20, 2012, I ordered the book: "Saving the School: The True Story of a Principal, a Teacher, a Coach, a Bunch of kids and a Year in the Crosshairs of Education. This order was a cost of $25.95. I still have the order request showing my payment, but I still do not see my book. I've never received... More

Really cute little shop. It has all the charm you would expect of a Seaside business with a very extensive book selection. It can get a little cramped but the atmosphere is definitely an inviting one!

Love, love, love, love this bookstore! Great place to stop if you are by yourself, with your spouse, or with the family. So much to see and what a great selection! Books, local photography prints, journals, and records upstairs! Seaside is a wonderful place and Sundog is a part of that for sure! Make sure you visit this place if... More

This is my favorite book store in the world. They have poetry, art, travel, novels and great literature. We always find incredible new books that we cannot live without. The staff is helpful and friendly. I am scared this kind of store is a dying breed.

This is a great place to browse! They have a wonderful collection of beach reads, kids books, local authors, great gift books, and many beautiful picture books of the area. In addition, there are great gifts like journals and many unexpected gift items. Be sure to go upstairs to the music shop which, again, is so much more than music.... More

Love the setting in an old home, loved the creaking hardwood floors. Great selection and display of books. Kids loved it too! Support local and great bookstores, they are a rarity these days and this one is a gem!

I love browsing this bookstore. The selections is amazing, it is small town and independent. If they don't have the book you want, they will get it quickly. I LOVE this place with all my heart.
