Ever since Sarasota rebuilt Ed Smith Stadium, this is an experience not to be missed for visitors or locals. The new park feels like an old style major league park but with a very intimate seating arrangement. There are no bad seats in the stadium and you're so close to the action you can hear the coaches calling out instructions... More

This compact stadium is much nicer since the update. Even the food seems better. Good sight lines from just about every seat. Rest rooms are cleaner. This is the place to watch your favorite teams play baseball during spring training. Fun for all. Get there early if you have youngsters as the players will sign autographs during the practice.

All the modern amenities. Great food and beverage selections. For an interesting perspective try the outfield seating. A real party spot with room to spread out. Not a bad seat in the house.

While spring training games are fun , I especially enjoy watching the Orioles work out during the early days of camp. The complex has four excellent practice fields which can all be viewed from one central location.Anyone who really enjoys the mechanics of baseball would like to visit during these sessions, which are free to the public.

WOW, this is a great park, we see several games at Ed Smith each year. Can't wait for March and spring training to return.

Fun if you like baseball. Sit on the West side so you don't roast in the sun. Typically OVERPRICED sports venue food and drink. I recommend that you avoid the food and beer, go to Libbeys after the game.

Went to a spring training game with the Orioles. It was my first time at a spring training game. The facility was lovely. I believe it's fairly new. What a pleasure to be able to park close to the stadium and have such a close view. Everything was clean and neat. I'm accustomed to go to the major league actual... More

laidback atmosphere, great weather and Orioles baseball, what could be better except to add a cold beer in hand.

Whether it was the RedSox, Reds and now the orioles...you'll always have a great time here. The Oreo's moved in after the reds and changed the entire stadium inside and out which was way overdue. If theres a club in town of a major league affiliate, be sure to stop in and catch a came and some food.

Took our baseball loving nephew to a preseason game. He and his Uncle had a blast! Nice to see a professional team in a small venue.
