Took my brother to Ringling and he was so impressed with this home. It is right on the water and is beautiful with the view. Marble outside is beautiful. All the grounds are impressive. Nice to have a cocktail on Thursday evening when they have it. More

I have visited the Mansion on numerous occasions with various guests and depending on how well the docent delivers his/her presentation, it makes a real difference in the tour. More

This house is worth the trip to Sarasota; beautiful and historic. You can miss the Ringling art collection - it's all a bit pedestrian. But this house and the circus dioramas are worth the visit. More

The restoration here is outstanding, the history alone is worth the visit. The view is great even if you don't take the tour but I would certainly suggest it. More

Talk about luxury! I only did the 30 minute self-guided tour (there are two others that are guided and cost more: $5 for the second story of the five story home, or $20 for a private tour) The home is clearly influenced by the Ringlings' love of all things Italian. And all things expensive! It was gorgeous, and yet comfortable.... More

We were fortunate enought to get a special guided tour by the main curator of the mansion. I definitely recommend visiting this wonderful place. More
