Went to the 4 baritones. Simply delightful. I wouldn't have thought I would have enjoyed the performance as much as I did but I would encourage anyone to see the performances here. Small enough theatre to enjoy being very close to the performers along with top notch performers. A truly enjoyable experience.

First one was so enjoyable with 3 Baritones singing from classical to more recent. Beautiful voices and wonderful story tellers Next we saw a one woman show I laughed and lost and made spagetti. Lots of fun to watch this poignant and funny one woman show.

By sister and I recently went to the production "I Loved, I Lost, I Made Spaghetti" - it was absolutely wonderful! Ms. Lavecchia did a fantastic job and kept us laughing and recalling our own "dating days" back in the 60's, 70's. I hate to cook but she made it look so easy that I actually made "her recipe" this... More

While in Sarasota for the first (but not last) time we tried to experience all that we had read about. The Asolo Theater was stunning. We east coasters think our theater is great, and it is. However the Asolo is gorgeous to look at and directed by first class talent that rivals the best. We attended the" Barritones Unbound" an... More

Built in 1798 in the castle of an Italian queen, the elaborately baroque theater was moved to the Ringling Estate in the 1940's, just as it was about to be torn down. Here it was reassembled and served as the home for the Asolo Theatre Company until the troupe outgrew the ornate, gilded playhouse. The new Asolo was then built... More

Perhaps one of the best regional theaters anywhere. Take a look at their playbill and be amazed at the breadth and dimension of their top notch productions!
