I have tried to reserve camping with them several times....he tells me they have spaces available, everything is good to go, in process of payment, I tell him I am a Passport American member, he says, "Oh well actually I don't have my reservation book in front of me to check for exact campsites, let me call you back in... i am 9 years old and i have been going to Arnett's Gulfside Trail Rides for 1 year. I have been taking english riding lessons and i love my instructor. She taught me to canter, jump, train and ride better. She has helped me ride a lot better than i used to. She is always nice to me and on... More

Great place if your going for just a trail ride but horrible English trainer that speaks to kids as if they are adults. Would be a better place if more kid/teen friendly and certain trainers weren't there. Would not recommend having your kids take lessons from the English trainer. She is very rude and lowers kids self esteem. Has no... More

We went on the 1 hour trail ride. The employees were friendly. About half of the trail is flooded so it is kind of like going through a creek, but that makes it more fun than your typical trail ride. The rest of the trail is sandy and somewhat dusty, but again it adds variety. The horses are in fantastic... More

My mom, sister and I rode on the one hour trail ride at Arnett's Gulfside Trail Rides and had a great time! We received a short lesson and the guided ride was about an hour long. Our guide, Mike, was knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel at ease as this was my first time riding a horse. This is... More

We forgot our guide name but he was a awesome guide and instructor. We went on the 1 hr trail ride and had a great time. I wore tennis shoes but might recommend wearing the mud boots because you do go through some water. Would go back if we come back down this way.

I have taken my 6 and 7 year old nieces here twice for one hour trail rides. Each time is awesome, they LOVE it. The horses are well mannered, stables are nice and clean and the employees are the best around ~ friendly and very knowledgeable! The state park where you ride through is beautiful! One of my nieces also... More

My daughter and I recommend this excursion. We arrived early for our appointment and the owner gave my daughter carrots to feed some of the horses (which she loved) while we waited. I have only ridden a horse once so I am no expert :) but I understood the directions/commands showed to us. Our trail walk lasted about an our... More

You can't actually go riding on the beach, but this is the next best way to ride horses!! They have great horses so you don't have to worry about wild horses! You can book a birthday party here or a wedding!

My husband and I took our 12 year old daughter which is in a wheelchair and non verbal. She takes horse therapeutic lessons at home so she wanted to do this. Beth and the whole staff were very accommodating to her. She had a great time and did better than mom. Her horse Carlos was awesome with her. I just... More
