Topsail is a great place for RVs and accommodates long motorhomes. The RV park looks more like a resort then a state park. The ONLY problem with the park is that you have to take a shuttle or walk (30 min walk) to the beach and the shuttle only ran until 7PM. We stayed 2 nights and took one of... More

We really like Topsail, great place to RV. Only downside is there are quite a few concrete slabs that have buckled and need replacing. The pool is very very small and loaded with kids. A tram takes you to the beautiful beach which is what we did. Close to Publix and Walmart and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. We... More

Visited on our last full day in Destin, we'll go there much earlier in our vacation next year. Nice quiet beach, not crowded. Have to ride a tram from the front parking lot or walk/hike approx. a mile to get to the shore, definitely worth it. The facilities and volunteers are great!

Love this park! Topsail has many pluses - a pristine long stretch of non busy beach in the midst of some of the busiest vacation areas along the Florida coast. It can be so busy as to create a little culture shock when you venture out of the park in either direction! We camped here in a travel trailer and... More

This was our 2nd time at Topsail and we love it! The park used to be a camping resort but changed to be a state preserve with awesome sites. There are ponds scattered around the front of the campground with turtles and fish. The pool is on the smaller size but is clean and a warm temperature. The bike ride/tram... More

Nice RV park. Clean and easy to get in and out. We loved all the trials. Close to everything, but nice and quiet too. Beach is beautiful here. Some of the RV sites are right in front of the water.

This review is just for the park itself, as we didn't camp or bring an RV. Topsail Hill is just down the road from Sandestin, but it is not overly crowded. There are hiking (unpaved) and bike (paved) trails, plus beach access. After paying your $6 entry fee, you park at a shuttle stop. The shuttle runs the 0.75 miles... More

We visited here just yesterday and thought the park was beautiful! Great beach, clean and well kept. Love it! There's cabins here for overnight stays and we're thinking of staying there next!

Very close to the beach and I highly recommend renting bikes if you don't have your own. Our kids loved riding on all the trails and riding to the beach. Showers are okay.

Adore this place. Lots of trees, clean sites, paved, pool, movie nigjtusic on Thursdays-all this and more for a reasonable rate-stayed a week for under $300. This park does not have sites directlyon the beach. There is a tram which runs to the beach and you can use to haul your gear and yourself. You can also ride your bike... More
