I camp and hike in many of Americas wonderful state parks. This is a nice park, beautiful beach, nice trails, pool, outdoor concert arena. BUT....I personally think nearly 50 bucks a night in the camp ground is a bit rich, the beach is a 1 1/2 mile walk or a tram runs every two hours, the trails have real fancy... More

All sites had water, sewer, electric. A little pricey for a state park for very nice, well-kept. Beautiful beach - a bit of a walk but there is a tram service that runs if you don't want to or can't make the walk. Lots of trails and plenty of places to walk the dogs (they are not allowed on the... More

Sites had water, sewer and electric. Our concrete drive was busted up. (looked like it may be marked for replacement) You can hear the ocean from the campsites but you cant see it. The beach is a good 1/2 mile bike/walk. For those who are not up to it, a trolley runs ever 2 hours. I recommend bringing your bike... More

This state park is blessed with a well designed RV park and cottages for rent. The white sands beach is only 0.7 miles away--an easy walk, or can take trolley to and from every other hour. Bring your bikes or rent them here. The RV park is quiet with no highway noise. The beach is not crowded and very clean.... More

Whoever was behind the state of Florida purchasing this beautiful stretch of beach deserves a promotion and a raise. Beautiful dunes bordered by a lovely secluded preserve, yet with terrific state park campground facilities adjacent to it, yet these far enough away to not intrude on the ambience of the beach. In fact, it's a 1-mile walk or tram ride... More

This was our second visit in 2014. We had site 74 which was right on the lake. It was a nice level shaded stop. We were allowed to use the fire ring we brought. This was also very close to the beach. Restrooms were very clean. They have cable and internet. The internet worked some of the time, but we... More

We really enjoyed hiking at Topsail Beach State Preserve. The trails were well signed and clean. We took one of the longer trails, which was over 5 miles. After we got past the paved bike trail, we spent a fair bit of time hiking through dunes and seeing some of the "real" Florida.

Wonderful RV Park. Have stayed here numerous times. Like the sites, the beach and the staff. Good walking and biking paths and a short mile walk or bike to the beach. If you want to ride, a tram takes you down to the beach
