Topsail is a state park at the beautiful beach of Santa Rosa. Cable tv, concrete pad, sewer hook up and air conditioned bath house. This is probably one of the best state park facilities. Camp volunteers and rangers are friendly and helpful. The park provides a shuttle to the beach. The beach is the beautiful powder white sand and emerald... More

Concrete RV sites with full hookups and cable provided. Sites 101-170 appear to be newer. The .7 mile walk/ride on tram/ bike is the only part I didn't like but what the heck. Once you arrive at the beach it's well worth it. Sugar sand with emerald water awaits you. Very clean bath houses. Verizon coverage was three dots LTE.

This is the only place we camp. Where else can you get the beach, pool, cable and full hook up for this price. Last summer we were there for 4 long weekends and this summer we already have 5 booked..........can't wait !! We hope to rent one of the cabins for additional family members. Lots of great memories.

Little bit of a drive to get here and limited parking with a walk to the beach. Lots of dunes and completely different venue from the flat type beach experience

We stayed in our RV here for 2 nights because our usual stop in Destin was unavailable. What a find. The park staff were friendly and easy going. The RV spots were roomy with trees and plantings that allowed more privacy than we are used to in busy places. You can walk, bike or take a park tram to the... More

We visited Topsail during our recent stay in Destin. While we didn't stay in Topsail, we are already planning on renting a cabin there next summer. Great family place. The beaches were outstanding. Lots of areas to fish within the park. If you have children, bring bikes. If you can't or don't have bikes, the park rents them. There were... More

This is a pretty and well-maintained campground with full service sites. We did not experience any bugs. It was quiet and lots of great biking and walking trails. Very interesting dune lakes and sand dunes. We had a great time.

We took a group of teenagers and shared a couple of cabins during Spring Break. This park and the cabins are outstanding!! The main feature of the cabins is how well they are spread out and the privacy. It was so peaceful and this was during Spring Break when the park was full. A beautiful, uncrowded beach was a pleasant... More

This was a wonderful camping trip to the beach for my family. Nice shady spots with lots of paved paths for biking. They have an air compressor available near the camp store. They have cable access but ours did not work. The bath house was nice but not kept as clean as I would expect at such a nice place.... More

For hikers and trail-bikers, this is well worth the state-park fee. Miles of trails through slash-pine forest, spurs to a long, pristine stretch of one of the world's best white-sand beaches, and secluded picnic sites on two of the Panhandle Gulf Coast's unique coastal dune lakes. (Terrific campground for RVers, too, if you can get in!)
