This park is beautiful, full hookups, close to the beach, they have entertainment weekly and a shuttle to get to the beach boardwalk. Now Florida has beautiful beaches but the beach at topsail is the best it is clean, perfect white sand and clear turquoise water, so clear in fact we were standing on the beach and saw a stingray... This is the best way to see Santa Rosa Beach. Instead of looking high and low for parking on the 30A, take advantage of the 120+ parking spaces that they Topsail Preserve offers. They have a shuttle and public bathrooms as well as a kids playground down by the beach. Much better for taking all of your stuff down to... More

My family and I have stayed at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park four different summers. Each time, we have not been disappointed. The "cabins" are nice and roomy. The park is clean and safe. We take our bikes and ride down to the beach which is nice because you don't get all the yuck in your vehicle. The staff is... More

sites are shaded... just a pain to get to beach. Bring bikes or wait on tram. Most people take bikes and haul their equipment with trailers... it's about a mile walk... staff is great!!

I live in the area and ride through the park whenever I get a chance. The beach is relatively secluded from all the nearby development and the dunes are untouched. The workers in the park are friendly and I prefer to go there than a beach only blocks from my house.

We just spent a week in a cabin at Topsail Hill State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This is a premier campsite for campers, RVers, and cabins are also available. The cabins provide sheets and towels, but take you own bath soap. Kitchen had the basics and there was an outdoor grill. A tram takes you to the beach,... More

You will experience the best of both worlds at Topsail. Shaded campsites with FULL hookups ! Cable and sewer, very rare at state parks. Very well groomed and clean bath houses. Miles of trails to explore on foot or bike. The store has bike rentals. There is an hourly shuttle that will take you down the 7/10th of a mile... More

By chance, we came across this state park in our search for paddle board rentals while we were in the Panhandle. The park was maybe 30 minutes away from where we were staying in Water Sound. The equipment is rented through the Camp Office which was staffed by two very kind people (maybe a couple?). They were patient while we... More

This is probably the prettiest and best maintained state park in the state of Florida. It is a true family park. Of course the beaches are beautiful. Huge Sand dunes. And the surrounding area is beautiful. Lots of great places to eat nearby and everyone needs to tour 30 a along the water of the panhandle. It is an annual... More

Even though we just stayed one night, we will be back. Very nice Campsites, well decorated and clean. All of the amenities available really got our attention. Programs for our grand kids, shuttle to the beach, very bike friendly, swimming pool and fresh water lakes for fishing. They also rented SUP's and Kayaks.
