Wonderful RV Park. Have stayed here numerous times. Like the sites, the beach and the staff. Good walking and biking paths and a short mile walk or bike to the beach. If you want to ride, a tram takes you down to the beach

Topsail Hill Reserve State Park has it all for those that LOVE the BEACH life. Campground/RV has water, sewer, 30/50amp service and each site is very private. Shuttle service to the beach, campground store, pool and activities for kiddies. This campground is a five star winner. Sun, surf, camp and enjoy the good life. Not far from Destin outlets and... My husband and I go to this area every fall. We like to stay at the state parks and rent a cabin. The cabins at this state park are nice and sleep 2-4 people. They are starting to show their age a little but still function well. The kitchen is not well appointed so we always take some things with... More

We love this RV park. Great facilities, full hook-ups, and of course, the pristine beach. The water was crystal clear and the color of water was gorgeous at every time of day.

This park is beautiful, full hookups, close to the beach, they have entertainment weekly and a shuttle to get to the beach boardwalk. Now Florida has beautiful beaches but the beach at topsail is the best it is clean, perfect white sand and clear turquoise water, so clear in fact we were standing on the beach and saw a stingray... This is the best way to see Santa Rosa Beach. Instead of looking high and low for parking on the 30A, take advantage of the 120+ parking spaces that they Topsail Preserve offers. They have a shuttle and public bathrooms as well as a kids playground down by the beach. Much better for taking all of your stuff down to... More

My family and I have stayed at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park four different summers. Each time, we have not been disappointed. The "cabins" are nice and roomy. The park is clean and safe. We take our bikes and ride down to the beach which is nice because you don't get all the yuck in your vehicle. The staff is... More

sites are shaded... just a pain to get to beach. Bring bikes or wait on tram. Most people take bikes and haul their equipment with trailers... it's about a mile walk... staff is great!!

I live in the area and ride through the park whenever I get a chance. The beach is relatively secluded from all the nearby development and the dunes are untouched. The workers in the park are friendly and I prefer to go there than a beach only blocks from my house.

We just spent a week in a cabin at Topsail Hill State Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This is a premier campsite for campers, RVers, and cabins are also available. The cabins provide sheets and towels, but take you own bath soap. Kitchen had the basics and there was an outdoor grill. A tram takes you to the beach,... More
