My husband and son played The Dunes and had no problem getting tee times for the morning. They bought the three day package which was a good deal considering they had to rent clubs. The rental clubs were practically brand new Nike clubs. The course has lots of water and lots of alligators! At the driving range you use floating... More

The Dunes is a residential Golf Club that many travelers also use, particularly in the winter. A short course with narrow fairways and a great deal of water. Beautiful scenery and much wildlife, particularly large alligators which like to sun of the fairways. Nice tennis facility too. More

The Dunes is purely a shot maker's course. Water is a factor on virtually every hole and shot selection and execution key to a good round. Efficiently managed operation with very well maintained fairways and greens. A truly challenging course and well worth playing. I always stock up on balls before playing as I usually find more than my share... More

After I have played this, I have always said that the course won. It is not one for the slicers or hookers among us. Bring plenty of balls. It is a great course but very challenging!!! More

The view from the clubhouse overlooking the golf course is beuatiful. The new chef is very good and the menu is great. Although recently renovated, the dining room needs more decorating. The service is improving under new manager, but still has a way to go. More

This is a challenging course with many water holes. Because it is an Audobon course there are beautiful birds, turtles, and gators! More

Look at all the gators and birds on the course. 18 holes of great golf in a wildlife setting. The course has an aqua range which is a small negative in my book, but it is on an island with limited space so I understand the need to utilize this type of range. The various tees cater to wide variety... More

Exceptional conditions and great layout. Not very long, but plenty of trouble. Water in play on every hole. Not just scenic, but in play. Staff very professional and courteous. I'll play here everytime I'm on Sanibel. Just a great track. More
