Interesting lighthouse only a metal structure, There were buildings on the grounds but they were not open to the public.

This beach is nice. Known for its mini shells. The current is kind of strong, but fun to float in. Lighthouse is neat, when we were there, we got to see a cool osprey perched on it.

a different point of view of the islands and a good point to start a beach walk which could take you all the way up the island, shelling along the way

Be sure to visit the old lighthouse while on the island. An interesting stop that also has a fishing pier and many birds to photograph up close. A great shelling location on the beach here also.

Fun to walk around the point. Lighthouse is picturesque, parking free which is unusual for the islands.

This is a place that you can check off your list once you visit. The beach is pretty, shells are abundant and you can spy dolphins in the water. :)

This is a very simple lighthouse on a very beautiful but overly crowded island we used it as our walk to place when we went for our morning walks

Biking to the Light house and then enjoying the beach was fun and relaxing. It was a flat easy ride and the view across the bay was nice. Dolphin activity was plentiful to watch.

I love lighthouses. This was a surprise to us because we were just going there to see the area for the first time. I did not know that there was a lighthouse there. It is pretty cool....you can not go up into it but it is a good photo opt.
