I have been on the Thriller at least 10 times, and it is amazing every time! Capt JR is the"Dolphin Whisperer", he gives you a great boat ride AND finds pods of dolphins that play in the wake for 10 to 15 minutes, I have never been disappointed. Plus you learn about the history of Sanibel and Captiva.

The name implied that I was going to be driven out on the ocean at 100 miles an hour so I was ready for anything. Thank goodness that did not happen. It was a nice, safe, guided tour around Sanibel with more dolphins than I have ever seen at one time (and I'm a resident). Highly recommended. Don't let the... More

The Sanibel Thriller ride was fantastic. It was supposed to last 1hr or so and it lasted nearly 2 hrs. The captain was able to bring dolphins up behind and beside the boat about 4 times on the ride and the dolphins played each time for about a mile. They breached the water up to 15 feet and there was... More

Great tour! So enjoyable! Dolphins playing in the wake of the boat, pelicans and a well narrated tour around Sanibel and Captiva. The islands are beautiful, and the high speed boat is a great change from the slower scenic boat tours.

We loved our time at Sanibel Thriller!! Totally worth every penny & a great price for an 1 1/2 boat tour! We saw lots of dolphins & listening to the history & fun facts made our time even better! You get soaked on the ride but it was still great, lots of fun & laughs! Can't wait to come back... More

A fellow guest at our hotel suggested we ride on the Sanibel Thriller, and I am glad we took that advice. We went out on a gorgeous afternoon last week, and enjoyed every minute of it. I have been on a number of cruises on the Pine Island Sound, but I was never as close to the dolphins as we... More

We were able to see many dolphins and get a great tour of the island, it was a blast!! Recommend sitting on right side from the middle to the front. This is to stay dry, hear the commentator and you are still able to see great views of the dolphins.

Interesting info about the islands and history. Saw many dolphins playing with the wake of the boat. You must make reservations in advance. The dolphins were so much fun watching how they interacted with the boat and people. You will get wet so make sure you take a jacket and towel with you. Would recommend this for everyone.

Very informative people handling the boat tour. We had 8 people aging from 2.5 years old to 65 years old and everyone enjoyed it. Great watching the Dolphins play in our waves.

I'm normally not a fan of gimmicky attractions and I've always considered "jet boat" style tours to be just that. In many places they are. (Note: the Sanibel Thriller is not a jet boat, but is similar in style.) We had spent a long weekend on Sanibel and wanted something else to do on the morning of our departure since... More
