Our friends were in town in May so we decided to try out Captain Bill's Bill’s Airboat Adventures. We found him to be knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the trip.
His tour starts off of State Road 46 East of Sanford on the St. Johns River.

Our party of four enjoyed a 90 minute escape with Captain Bill in late January. He worried that the weather was too cool to see many alligators (we saw only one) but we thoroughtly enjoyed our time in the St. Johns River and marshlands near Sanford. Capt. Bill was great! Very knowledgable and entertaining. My 8 year old enjoyed it as much as the grandparents did. Capt. Bill takes only 6 passengers at a time, so you get alot of personal time. His fees were a little less than others I compared with, and the tour time was longer. I felt it was well worth the...
