not all the booths are filled, lots of open space, vendors are nasty & floor areas, bathrooms, just generally dirty. looks like a third world nation, would not eat any food there
I have experienced this dump from all angles. First as a shopper then nearly a year and a half as its assistant director of security. As a customer I would not advise you to spend any money you can not afford to loose. You see the vendors post signs that say no cash refunds. The general manager I will only... More
We have went to plenty of flea markets in the past. This flea market was alittle dirty compared to some others. I did love the variety of stores and plenty of items to buy. I even got a new car chip key here. You can get lost in this market very easily. Some areas have alot of empty store lots... More
lots of junk, disappointing, old garage sale in one section(junk)The better end the A/C part was more than half empty(vendors probably cant afford the rent.)Really felt like I was in a slum in Puerto Rico.Had people selling dogs out of cages in filthy conditions..don't waste your time
If you are in the mood for WALKING,go for it. Be aware that you will probably be the only one looking where you are going, or care about it. Fall is there better time, it can get HOT.
Not what I expected - was excited by the website - once I arrived was disappointed. I wouldnt waste time going here. If you want to see a lot of the $1, $2, $3 etc Oriental areas this is your place to go. Not a true flea market like we have in Ohio. There are a few TRUE flea vendors... More
This was a great place yeas ago, but now a lot of empty booths and only a few regulars left. Most of the ones left are cheesy dollar stores. Food is still decent. Fun world ride section is now closed. Would be worth it to have it as a venue for giant garage sales. At least then you'd get some... More
Went to Flea World Saturday afternoon. We were very disappointed. Their web site says there are 1700 booths and it's the largest flea market in America. WRONG. There maybe space for 1700 booths but there are far far less then that. Lots of empty spaces. Web site also says cooled, again WRONG, hotter then hell in there. What areas do... More
visted here on three occasions. This place is fanatastic you can buy literally anything, from clothes, to bathrooms, plants, garden stuff, jewellery, household stuff, the list is endless!! There are rows and rows of stalls and they are listed alphabetically so you dont get lost. There are cases to eat inside and rest those weary feet. We bought some garden... More
Parking was free, food from cafe truck was very good and very reasonable, found prices to be high, people were not pushy at all, but there were a lot of empty booths - may be because we went on a Sunday, I am not sure.....likely won't be back.
