Fun course that will challenge you. #2 Sandestin course IMO behind Burnt Pine. Unlike Burnt Pine, you do not have to be staying as a guest at the Sandestin resort to play the Raven. Same is true for the Baytowne course and the Links course on the property, i.e. open to the public.

Burnt Pine is the better round hole-for-hole, but Raven isn't far behind. Those two are the more remote, more adventurous rounds of the four on property, and the two I'd play for sure the next time I'm in the Destin area (with Camp Creek). Scale of 1-10, Raven is a solid 8. Burnt Pine an emphatic 9. Well worth it.

The course is awesome with many risk reward decisions. A must play for all levels of golfers. It's a beautiful course with some picturesque holes.

My husband really enjoy this course. Well maintained and fun to play. Carts didn't have GPS which we missed having. Loved the cold mango towels because it sure did get hot by midday.

Very friendly staff and a really beautiful challenging golf course. We had a bad experience in the spring when we got behind a group of extremely slow golfers on a company outing and quit after 12 holes. Raven comped us 3 rounds which we used in August. Everything was great this time. Hope to return

Absolutely beautiful course. Top Quality. Inside staff seemed friendly enough once you made it past the worst possible phone demeanor one can imagine. Starter was nice and helped us on our way, and then... The 5 hour round. And NOT ONE person cared. Paid near $150 per person and the course allowed a group of 4 old guys to clog... More

Course was in great condition. Played from the sliver tees. Ninth and eleventh holes are very challenging. Well worth the price especially the twilight rate of $69. My favorite course in Destin and maybe my all time favorite. Highly recommend.

We got rained out on July 4 last year and received a rain check for the Raven . May 14 we walked in the pro shop and got a tee time for that next day! NO PROBLEM! The staff was so friendly and nice to us! They remembered the rains last July and understood our wanting to return. What a... More

I like to play golf, so I may be a bit more picky than most golfers who play casually. That said, I rank the courses that I just played in Destin this way: Raven, Regatta Bay, Links, Kelly Plantation, Santa Rosa Golf Club, Baytowne. Raven is wonderful from the start. Wide fairways make the tee shot much forgiving, but it... More

Title says it all. Traps were large, long and one after another on some holes. I wanted to go to the beach but not while playing golf. Tee markers were black, silver, white & gold and very hard to tell apart. Workers very friendly.
