A very nice park with plenty of trees and nice views of the water, the marina, the (closed) pier and downtown St. Pete. Lots of water birds to see. Very relaxing to picnic in. People told us that the pier was going to be torn down soon and replaced, so we made sure to take pix of it. Parking was... More

Love this little park. We have work functions here sometimes. Not a lot of room to spread out but the shelters are nice and you can sit along the seawall or a bench and watch the planes land at Albert Whitted airport.

I'd guess many travelers don't comment on Demens Landing Park as it can be overlooked. Located on the Bay, in the heart of downtown St Pete, it's a quiet place close to Dali. There's a small walking bridge and it's best viewed at night for a romantic walk from the restaurants.

A free public waterfront park with a wonderful playground for the kids and plenty of grassy space with picnic tables spread out nearby. There are shade trees and park bench's to rest upon intermittently along the miles of waterfront trail. Also, bring your binoculars, so much wildlife to observe in the bay. This very scenic park is enjoyed by all,... More

Lovely park located on Tampa Bay in downtown St Pete. Each year, American Stage Theater presents a great show- usually a family friendly musical in the park- Bring a picnic (although food is available to purchase if you do not want to pack a basket). A great evening!

If you're out and about and you need a diversion, then this is a great park - tucked out of the way from the main streets and right on the Bay.

This is a nice park but there is no parking anywhere but a few (and I do mean a few) spots all the way at the end of the park. The rest of the place seems designed to cater to the marina as most of the parking and facilities seem to be for marina guests. Totally nice park. Just not... More

Nice park along the water mostly an area to walk around and enjoy the views, the marinas and the people of Tampa. On Saturday mornings nearby is a wonderful farmers' and other vendors market.

We stumbled across this park while strolling along the beach walk. We saw a outdoor play in the evening. Named "The heights". What an evening the quality of the play and the set were amazing. This is a quality production. Bring a blanket or lawn chairs and sit under the starts for a comical musical you will always remember. If... More
