I've been to outdoor markets all over the country (and some in other countries) and this is the best I've been to. The vendors go through a rigorous selection process, so all of their wares are top quality. There's live music and a guy who makes balloon sculptures for the kids. It's dog-friendly for friendly dogs - many of the... More

What a great way to spend the day! This market has everything from street artists/performers to Food trucks. They always have live music playing, great food cooking and samples galore... The best part for my 15 yo son and I was the gentleman playing the accordion. He looks like a pirate and plays such awesome music. My son is 15... More

We love the Saturday morning market! It is a great way to spend a beautiful day outdoors in St. Petersburg. The market is filled with booths of diverse gifts, organic produce and natural beauty items, delicious food and live music. Our favorite stops are for toffee from Toffee to Go, for empanadas of many combinations, and for fresh coconut water... More

We mainly go for the organic produce and meats, but always wander around before shopping to check out all vendors, listen to some music and maybe grab a little breakfast or lunch. Do yourself a favor and check this out!

This market is held every Saturday morning in downtown St. Petersburg except for the summer when it gets too hot. Large numbers of people attend and it is truly a fun community event. The vendors have every thing you could want. There are plants, food items to take home, breads, baked items, food prepared that you can eat at tables... More

Unfortunately we had a big breakfast before we came to this market. There are tons of food vendors and a few other vendors. Lots of dogs with their owners...please remember to clean up after them so not to ruin it for everyone else(saw a few messes right outside the market :( ) entertainment was good. Street performers were really engaging.... More

Wow! This is a really fun thing to do on a Saturday morning. This market is set up on a large parking lot close to the downtown waterfront area. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown and it was no more than a block and a half away. Lots of veggies and fruits as well as arts and crafts. Street... More

Filling one's bags at this downtown hot spot is a cherished ritual for locals, but you don't need a fridge or a stove to join the fun. The stalls brim with possibilities for lunch or dinner at one of the many tables provided (I particularly enjoyed the flavorful soups and plump, cheesy mini-frittatas from the Spice Routes booth). Travelers who... More
