While vacationing in Treasure Island, we decided to take a break from the beach for a couple of hours. This park is in downtown St. Pete and about 30 minutes away. It is right on the water and very nice place to kill an hour. Playground is great for kids up to ages12 or even 13. All of your normal... More

It is a small little place, you can walk it in just a few minutes. but it is well secluded from everything else that's happening in park surrounding. Would be a nice place for a Picnic.

My friend is the arborist of this area and I have learned so much from how he cares for them. It is beautiful and so worth taking a leisurely shaded stroll.

Great park with a huge variety of palms. Best of all its in a beautiful waterfront setting. Very convenient to the downtown St Pete scene. The arboretum's plants are well marked with plaques containing common names. The walking trails and layout are well done. Good job St Pete!

This is a small palm tree garden in a large waterfront park. It is free to see and is close to downtown.

We did not expect to see this on our trip, but we were very pleasantly surprised! The palms are breathtaking. Some are so big that it is staggering. All kinds of palms from every continent (obviously not Antarctica though) in one place! Well worth a look.

This free, local park has a superb collection of palms large and small from around the world. It has the most varied assortment I have ever enjoyed in one place. We purchased an Italian Ice in front of the Vinoy Hotel, wandered by the sailboats, admired the water views, people watched, wandered through the palm arboretum. We then walked along... More

This is a palm arboretum just west ofthe water on the northside of st Petersburg. Plants are well labeled and mature. Brick paths. See the plants; look at the bay; and see the skyline.

And it is right under everyone's noses. Want to learn about palm trees? Want an mid-city oasis? Then talk a walk in this sweet little park off of North Shore. If there is a breeze who will be entertained by the music of the swaying palm trees.

I love this small, charming park so much that I was married here. You'll find more than 500 palms of 150 varieties growing in a small, well manicured park featuring a winding, paved walkway and views of the gulf. The trees are labeled and you will be amazed at the beauty and variety. This park is a part of nearly... More
