I love the jazz and blues series here. Liz Pennock and Dr. Blues are a "don't miss" show. Both the Side Door and Hough Hall are intimate, acoustically perfect venues to experience outstanding music. The building is a treat in itself - the renovation was done lovingly and with attention to detail. You can get tickets for as little as... More

Saw a couple of great shows. Herb Alpert and the Hitmen. The shows were fantastic. The prices are reasonable and viewing from most seats is vert good. It convenient and has ample free parking.

The Palladium is really a gem! The shows are always top rate & the Side Door is a wonderful smaller venue for blues, jazz & acoustic events. FYI - make sure you bring cash if you want to purchase anything. They don't take credit cards & they don't have an ATM -

This place should be used and marketed more. It is a good place to have an event. I've attended a few shows here and they were great to enjoy in this space. The architecture and feel give the ambiance of an old, comfortable feel.

I was here in July of 2013 for the jay and silent bob super groovy movie. The theatre is smaller than expected, but that was a good thing. Very intimate setting for live performances. The bar thought not with a great variety had good prices. The only real negative was the seating, the chairs were hard on the body. After... More

This was our first visit, and we will go back. The room is small and no matter where you sit, I am sure the view and the sound would be excellent. We bought our tickets at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised by the theater and the price. One of the nicest theaters we have been to, and it... More

Small theater, several entrances. Small stage. Balcony seating also available. Enjoyed a orchestra performance. Great sound quality. There is a small snack bar at the entrance.

This old church, now part of St. Petersburg College, works well as a music venue, with the only glitch being seats that are not raked very much, so you may not be happy if there's a tall person in front of you. AN elegant venue with free parking right across the street. Very easy to access from I275.

I recently went to see my very first opera at the Palladium theater, and I quite enjoyed it. As a former music student with St. Petersburg College I am very familiar with the theater, however my view before was always from the stage, not from the audience. The beauty of the architecture, paired with the great acoustics made for a... More

The Palladium theater is such a gift. In addition to the upstairs theater, the Side Door is pure delight. The Palladium has diverse programs, so there is something for everyone. Blues, Jazz, Classical, Theater, Dance . . . the list goes on. It's one of my favorite venues in the area.
