Downtown St. Pete has 4 great museums. The Dali, the Fine Arts, The Holocost and the Chihuly. The Chihuly is filled with absolutely beautiful and unusual glass sculptures that will amaze and entertain you. Be careful taking small children as the glass is very fragile.

We saw this advertised on a flyer in our resort while visiting St Petersburg area and thought we would check it out. Am so glad we did. I must confess I did not know who Dale Chihuly was before we visited the gallery. However, once I saw the beautiful and intricate pieces of blown glass I googled for more information.... More

This "museum" offers a great collection of glassworks and unusual pieces. Easy to spend time walking around seeing how the art and the building work together to present the works and then seeing some pieces for sale in the gift shop. Nice prices! This is a unique museum and worth a visit.

There are a few brilliant pieces of Dale Chihuly's glass art, enough to make you want more. An incredible introduction to his style (and there is a "hot shop" nearby so you can see how pieces are constructed.) If you are lucky enough to be in a city where there is an outdoor Chihuly exhibition in a botanical garden, it's... More

Beautiful collection of glasswork, well presented in very smart exhibition rooms. The collection isn't huge, it took us about 50 minutes to walk around, but the colours and lighting are spectacular. I hadn't heard of Chihuly before visiting, bug am not a complete fan.

Absolutely beautiful. I can't describe just how breathtaking the pieces are. I will definitely come again next year.

If you are a Chihuly fan you will love this collection. It is a small museum on the St. Pete waterfront and makes a nice place to view the collection and have lunch.

We paid $15.00 a person to view blown glass artwork. Took us about 8 minutes to see everything. You would be better off going into the gift shop and watching the DVD presentation of the artist work on display around the world and then pay to go watch an actual glass blowing demonstration at the near by Glass Studio &... Small, but extremely well curated Chihuly collection, with great representative examples of each of Chihuly's signature styles/pieces. The boat filled with floats will mesmerize you!

Great pieces of glass work by this artist who has spent time in Murano with many renowned glass artists. The exhibition is definitely worth seeing. It is sad that they got rid of the movie room where they used to show a film on Chihuly. That film was fascinating. Without this, the exhibition is somewhat small and expensive considering that...
