For $15 (senior) you can view some of the finest art and antiquities anywhere. From Pre-Columbian pottery to modern day abstract art. Monet, Renoir, Matisse, Picasso to name a few along with lesser known but equally accomplished artists and old masters. A must see for sure. Café on sight, but we opted for one of the sidewalk eateries across the... More

The St. Pete Museum of Fine Arts has a very impressive art collection! This museum was way bigger and more comprehensive than I guessed when friends wanted to visit. It was definitely a "wow"!

My husband and I enjoyed the Museum of Fine art because of the diversity of the exhibits. There is also a lovely outdoor sculpture garden too! The museum was just the right size for us, not huge and overwhelming. An added bonus for us (being from Oklahoma) is that it's close to the Waterfront. If you want to save money... More

A gem of a museum- not overwhelming but with a host of varied collections. Very friendly staff. My favorite spot was the enclosed outdoor garden- a great place just to sit - usually I was the only one there which made it extra special. A very good place to visit .

The museum has a mixed permanent collection that includes a wide range of styles and eras, housed in a beautiful building. We went to see a traveling exhibition on the impressionists, which was interesting and well curated. Worth a look for art lovers visiting the area. We visited the museum on a Thursday, when they have extended evening hours, arriving... More

Themuseum phas in addition to the permanent collection an exhibit of impressionist painters, a nice bonus. The permanent collection is an eclectic mix of art from around the world. It is not a large... More

The traveling exhibit and permanent collection are top notch. Architecture of the building is worth a visit by itself. Small restaurant on site. Gift shop needs knowledgeable staff.
