If you want to spend nice few hours in the woods and see some of the local habitat -really nice place to visit. We've seen small gators, mama alligator with her babies, beautiful birds, turtles, armadillo and couple of friendly rate racoons. Nicely spend afternoon

Took a ride to this wonderful park. We always have trouble finding it though! Saw lots of birds, raccoons, an otter, an armadillo and best of all alligators. We found the mother Gator with 15 babies. So fun to watch them. There were several groups of very loud obnoxious people that kind of spoiled things. Don't know how they expect... More

Great path for walking your dog. Dogs are not allowed on the boardwalk. It is a clean park. We saw alligators with their babies, turtle and a lot of birds. A very nice place to spend an hour or two.

This park is quiet and safe. Plenty of shade for those who fear the sunlight. Not a lot of parking so it cannot be busy, even if it tried.

The boardwalk is very nice and clean. We were able to see multiple alligators, turtles, birds, and fish. I wish people would realize the beauty and not throw their trash in the swamp. So many bottles and bags, when there are plenty of garbage cans around.

Currently there is a momma gator and 8 babies right off the boardwalk. This makes it worthwhile just for that but it was a nice walk and plenty of other gators, birds, and turtles to see also. Nice sanctuary in the middle of a city.

Very nice, clean park. I had never seen frog and turtle crossing signs before. Spotted a very large turtle crossing the road and then realized the signs are indeed needed. Saw a couple baby gators under the boardwalk bridge. A great place to visit to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Depending on the weather, Ive been known to visit Sawgrass up to 5xs a week. There are a few trails to walk, some longer than others. You can find turtles, fish, gators, racoons, armadillos, & river otters.... plus a huge assortment of birds. The park is excellent for ALL ages! Ive hosted kid birthday parties there for years - come... More
