Great little go to place for bait. Steve is more than helpful and has a great attitude. Prices here are more than reasonable. Perfect!

I love going to Merry Pier! They get their fresh fish from their boat on Friday. They usually have grouper, snapper and always have shrimp and scallops. Some of the best I've ever had! Their smoked fish spread is outstanding.

Thank you Natalie for such a nice review. Just one clarification about our fresh fish. We are buying it from commercial fishing boats -- not the fishing charter boats at our pier. All of our fish and shrimp are caught in the Gulf of Mexico -- we do our best to support our local fishermen. Glad you are enjoying it! More

GREAT, Take 5 hours and rent some of their gear. Rods, Bait and the Bucket $20 for 4 hours. It just doesn't get any better. We hit it on a stormy day, so we settled for shirts and a took pictures of all the birds. The guys in the shop were helpful and recommended the Sea Breeze across the street... More

Glad you enjoyed fishing on our pier. The cost is $15 for four hours and includes use of rod and reel and bait bucket with a dozen live shrimp. The restaurant across the street is the Sea Horse and is a great place for breakfast and lunch. Hope to see you on your next visit. More

The more scenic, less wavey, louder side of the sea. Pretty boats in view and enough wandering tourists to make it interesting. Please give me a helpful review if you've read this far!

What a lovely little pier! At the eastern side of Pass-a-Grille, facing the inland waters. Fishermen ... egrets ... pelicans .... It's almost surreal to see people and birds in such a peaceful harmony. A variety of boat tours, dolphin watching tours and fishing tours are offered, as well. Ideal place for fishing, admiring nature ... and taking photos. And... More

My brother and I went her to fish one afternoon. We caught a few sheeps-head, a skate, and a flounder.

The is the only pier on Pass A Grille and it is delightful. The guys are friendly and very funny. We came to this place to catch our boat for deep sea fishing. Just sitting on a bench watching the sea birds is a tranquil experience.
