Great beach for locals. No large condos or hotels cluttering the shoreline. NO touristy t-shirt shops or other ugly kitchy shops/attractions. Nice white sand. Plenty of parking (metered). Has public bathroom and a outdoor beachside cafe within walking distance of any spot on the beach. Born and raised in Florida, and this is one of my GO TO beaches. Let's... More

We stopped at the Seahorse Restaurant and walked past all these cute stores when we parked so we had to go back after we ate. There were just a few shops but they all had some unique items and clothes.

This is a nice getaway if you like the beach and fishing. Very quaint village with beaches, fishing piers and restaurants. Small town feel. Be sure to visit the museum which has all the history of the community.

We checked out Pass-a-Grille as we drove around the St. Pete area. Really liked Pass-a-Grille and dined in an local place with beach views. Would like to explore this area more.

A true get a way on a 3 mile island called Pass a Grille. If you want peace and quiet this is for you. There are no phones or televisions in the rooms. The hotel sits directly across the street from the beach, white sand, watch the dolphins, collect shells. Walk to restaurants and shops. The owner Bob is awesome... More

Loved this little town and it's beach. Very quiet and spacious beach with soft white sand and the crystal clear water of the gulf coast.

Where the Gulf Boulevard ends is we here Pass-a-Grille begins. A narrow spit of land, with the gulf on one side and the inter-coastal waterway on the other. There's a small park, with public grills, metered parking all around the waterside. There are a number of great restaurants, including the Wharf, the Seahorse amongst others and the wonderful Paradise Grille... More

Community is very laid back, cute little shops to browse through, nice restaurants, and best of all a beautiful, clean, white sand beach. Drove down from our hotel, to this area last year, and chose to stay here this year. Love the beauty and relaxing atmosphere.
