We loved walking the beaches from our hotel to Pass A Grill. Wide stretches of white, sandy, well maintained beaches. We also were lucky enough to cross to the inter-coastal and watch the Pelicans as they swooped down on the fishermen cleaning the daily fishing catch. Some small shops that were fun to roam through. We also ate breakfast at... More

They have plenty of beach area to enjoy. There are also good food choices inside and outside. There is plenty of parking which makes it a good place to visit.

I walked every morning from the Don Ceasar to this charming place!! I walked down by the bay and walked back on beach. The views are so beautiful! The whole area is peaceful and relaxing! Missing my walks!

This is a great place to do the sunset. They ring bell at the Sunset Bar, usually music and good food. This whole beach is beautiful.

We were staying in St. Pete and decided to drive down to Pass-a-Grille to see the sunset. The beach was beautiful and we walked over to The Brass Monkey to get a drink and enjoy the sun setting down over the water. Another night we went up to The Hurricane to watch the sunset with great views of both the... More

I'm not much of a shopper especially on vacation; however, after walking to breakfast along the beach in Pass-a-Grille I walked to Eighth Avenue area and explored the small boutique shops. I discovered lots of delightful wares and I am shocked that I made several great, reasonably priced purchases. I really enjoying engaging in a number of conversations with the... More

Lots of Shopping, wine tasting and restaurant life! We enjoyed the beach and feel we would have done more if the weather had been warmer. Record cold in Tampa! But plenty to do even in bad weather!

We walked the two miles to Pass-a-Grille one sunny morning to take the shuttle from Merry Pier to Shell Island to gather shells. After the tour, we walked through some local shops offering unique items for sale. The short walk from the pier to the beach was nice as we found a great beachfront place to eat at the Paradise... Pass-A-Grille is a quaint little Florida beach community. With a very small downtown area, cute art galleries and a variety of good restaurants, this little island town is stretched out along the Gulf of Mexico and has miles of white sand beach, and the best sunsets in the world!
