Restaurants in Pass-a-Grille are all kind of run down and not inviting, unless your down there to watch the Ravens play football in a bar. Beach is nice, being refurbished but parking is metered and ticketed heavily.

For a peaceful sky filling sunset visit Pass-A-Grille Beach and sit on the wall outside the beach snack bar. At the conclusion of the sunset you will be a part of an enthusiastic group of visitors applauding the event.

We took a nice drive through the beautiful homes in Pass a Grille...a nice lunch on the intercoastal at Sea Critters Cafe...and then a nice walk along the very hot beach...much quieter than the very busy (and no parking) St Pete Beach...a nice day out.

In all the years we have been staying on St Pete Beach we never ventured out to see what Pass a grille looked like or what was there. On this trip I said to my better half lets take a drive to see what is there. Driving from St Pete to Pass a grille was nice. We passed beautiful homes... More

Less than 1 hour of travel from Tampa brought us to Pass-a-Grille. So totally different than your everyday beach. It is historic and classic and beachy. What a combo!!

We love Pass-a-Grille. The beach is awesome, a little more "shelly" than St. Pete Beach, but a lot quieter. There are some good places to eat and a bunch of places to stay. Take a fun fishing charter off of Merry Pier with Miss Pass-a-Grille. The guys are fun and knowledgeable.

Pass A Grille is a cute little community with lots of art shops and local fare. The beach there is very clean and pretty. Some really beautiful sunsets can be seen there. Also, you can take a shuttle over to Shell Key for a small fee and spend the day looking for sand dollars. When we were there we saw... More
