The most beautiful beach I have ever stepped foot on. The sand was so soft and surprisingly cool compared to the air. Cannot wait to visit there again.

Every morning we walked the beach, and our visit was in November 2014! The pristine white sand combined with the millions of shells make for a true adventure. The locals are very weather picky, so I recommend going on a cloudy, or windy day, as the beach is almost deserted. If you are a birder, you will get you fill... More

We arrived today and enjoyed lunch and beer right on St. Pete Beach! First impression - beautiful, relaxing and comforting. Can't wait for early morning seashell hunting and a long beach stroll.

Three visits to St. Pete Beach and sure to be more to come. This is a wonderful beach to come to for a visit by people of all ages. Lots of restaurants, close to other attractions (assuming you have a car), and friendly people in all the businesses we patronized, make this a place where you feel valued as a... More

Lovely little shells, seaweed aplenty, water chilly.... Sunshine was sporadic, but when it popped out, it was beautiful. Huge beach area and uncrowded!

Bongos cannot be beat for local Gulf flavor...as a local, I frequent many beach area bars and restaurants. The menu is comprised of wings, wraps, soups, burgers, fresh fish sandwiches, paninni's,fantastic bar fare. Drinks are fairly priced and very good, especially their wide selection if frozen drinks. The atmosphere is fantastic...tables and chairs in the sand, tiki lights, and a darling... More

Recommend traveling to this area. Clean beach, lots of restaurants and activities up and down beach. Not overcrowded. Lots of shells to find all along beach. Sunsets beautiful, even catch a view of dolphins playing off shore. Great place to take kiddos.

Beautiful, miles of sand & a sunset to die for. What isn't there to like - we went in November and the sea was very cold.

I have never seen so much beach. You can walk to numerous bars and restaurants and never go to the same place twice. So many places to stay that are within walking distance of the grocery store, drug store, car rental, taxis, and more that you won't even need to get a rental car (save your money).

A great place to get away from it all. Park you car in the metered space. Navigate the pay meter and away you go the white sandy beach. We came back for another day as our first visit was not enough. Umbrella and chairs in the sand, then it's off to the tranquil waves. We had several nature moments: saw... More
