The park is very nice with covered shelters, showers and bathrooms. Still a secret treasure, not many people on the beach. The water was beautiful, the sand white and clean. $6.00 to get in the park but well worth it.

great places to swim. You have to pay to enter the state park but it is well worth it. The water was very calm and the beaches were clean. Make sure to bring stuff for the beach. Towels, toys, chair, shade. Also, bring a cooler to have picnic.

Beautiful dunes, nice trails, access to the bay and the gulf. Nice amenities throughout the park, multiple shelters on the beach, and plenty of boat access.

This is an amazing place. We spent the afternoon until sunset here. The beaches are pristine. The sand dunes are so big. We walked down the beach onto the nature preserve and we saw so many sting rays, found large shells, and even found two starfish. This is a beautiful park and we will definitely be back, Next time we... More

This is one of the most beautiful state parks and beaches I have ever been to! We walked miles and miles without seeing a soul. We found many sand dollars and starfish on our ramblings. Breathtaking!

Drove through here one afternoon not knowing what to expect from a Florida State Park.... To the untrained eye, it is basically just a mile or so of straight sand dunes....a few places to park on the right side with walkways to the public beach, a couple pavillions and bathrooms... and that's it. Keep going though,... and look at EVERYTHING...... More

Peaceful and beautiful are the only words to express how good this area is. Turtle nest everywhere without the tourist stuff the rest of Florida has. No rush, no worries. Relax

Great information at museum. Great view from lighthouse. Very modest charge for claiming to top of lighthouse.
