Finally made the trip here... and it was well worth it. Every exhibit was interesting but I liked the current Bob Hope retrospective best. I went midweek about 10am and spent about 4 enjoyable hours roaming around. Crowds were light and admission price good for 2 days. I have to get my golf buddy Sweeney here on his next visit... More

Anybody who plays golf or is interested in golf should give this place a visit if in the area. All the inductees have their own lockers with memorabilia about them in the locker. Replicas of all the major golf trophies are on show to photograph, loads of information about the history of golf, even a replica Swilken Bridge from St... More

I golf some but my husband golfs a bunch. I like golf and enjoy the beauty and history of the game. I thought the hall of fame was nice. I really liked the trophy tower and the island green shot at the end. Don't miss the simulator in Gary Players area...it's the best I've seen in simulation game golf! Definitely... More

This indeed is a fabulous golf resort , history, personified, I have been twice now and will go back again soon, enjoyed the hotel so much, but of course the reason for going was the Golf Museum, never have I been exposed to the history of golf as witnessed here, the locker rooms with the golfers names and personal effects,... My wife wanted to go here to check it out and I was OK to tag along but the trip turned out to be better than expected. This place is loaded with Golf History from the beginnings of the game all the way up to the present and all the information on all the inductees. The grounds are stunning as... More

After our second day we were ready to play our complementary round of natural-grass putting course and one shot on the Hall of Fame Challenge Hole only to find they were both closed. We asked to talk to a manager and he said there was nothing he could do about it. There weren't any signs explaining the closings, just booths... More

My wife is not a golfer or familiar with the game...but she had a wonderful time and got involved with the history and story of the game and the golfers inducted into the Hall. Staff and volunteers went above and beyond in all aspects of our visit. Truly outstanding and a must see if you are in the area.

Great exhibits even for those not familiar with golf. Especially the locker room. Every golfer in the hall gets a visible locker to put whatever they want in it and you can go through see some interesting trinkets, and such. You also get to play some golf, they have an 18 hole putting green course that is set up like... More

Whether a person is a golfer or not visiting the Hall of Fame is well worth it. The history throughout the museum of this complex game of golf, which is quite interesting, speaks volumes about the game. There are many exhibits to see; my favorites were the wall of fame, the Bob Hope and Nancy Lopez exhibits, and the locker... More
