Really enjoyed the whole complex. Great feature on Bob Hope, he was very important to golf, nothing like it anywhere. And they really feature golf at its beginning, very good early history.

Not sure why there were so many negative comments. My husband and I spent a really nice afternoon here. The staff were all very nice and tried to make sure we had a chance to see everything. The first floor was dedicated to Bob Hope which was a little odd but we really enjoyed it (and the little scavenger hunt... More

Like most avid golfers, I was quite excited to tour this "Shrine" to the game we love. Upon arrival to the Golf Village, the first thing you see is 20-30 shops that face the Hall of Fame. Unfortunately, every store but 1 was completely vacant! Basically a ghost town. So, on to the Hall - as others have mentioned, the... More

We stayed in the Villas circa 1980. They were dated. Even the bedding looked old. Certainly not crisp. We ate lunch at Caddy Shack. Mediocre. Dinner at the Hotel Renaissance was worse. In order to get a decent meal you travel an half hour into the city. The Hall itself was a disappointment. While I like Bob Hope, an entire... More

It is no wonder visitation is down this attraction demographic is the dying and dead. Major exhibits focus on Bob Hope. Really? Nothing is interactive. Nothing is modern. The guides are nice.

Great place to go for golfers, we started with the challenge hole and at least placed 80% on the green. For people from abroad the exhibition is a bit strange (why are Bob Hope and Raquel Welsh here..?), the golf simulator and putting green are great experience, try the ancient clubs. We didn't have time to go for a round... More

The Golf Hall of Fame is interesting but just. Right now the entire first floor is dedicated to Bob Hope and his impact on golf. Yes he loved golf and was important but more on Arnie, Jack, and the guys from the 50's and 60"s who really built the game would have been better It is good for 2 hours... More

The World Golf Hall of Fame has been on my bucket list for some time ,so when my youngest son , Scott, joined us for a Christmas break it was the perfect time for the four of us to travel to St. Augustine Fl. My wife Millie, sons Craig and Scott and I left Palm Harbor Fl. and some three... More

As a once a week golfer I was very excited to go here. I had registered my hole-in-one with the PGA and naively thought I would find my name on a wall somewhere. Well, unless you are an avid golfer don't bother going. The hall of fame is okay but why does there have to be so much about Bob... More
