Magnificent Plus a Music Festival

Holding at least seven hundred people we went to two chamber music concerts. Sound was marvelous and church superior!

We were at the Basilica twice this past week to enjoy the Saint Augustine Music Festival. What a lovely place to watch world class musicians play an array of classical music. The basilica has recently undergone reservations and is very striking and awe inspiring place to visit. My one minor criticism - at the end of the evening we were... More

The Basilica Cathedral is a beautiful, traditional Catholic church. We attended Mass there and the congregation was welcoming. This is more than a tourist attraction, this is a beautiful place for pilgrimages and prayer!

I expected it to be crowded but there was only one other couple in there. Although, I am Jewish it sent chills up my spine to see the beauty and splendor of this beautiful church. I felt like I stepped back in time

Absolutely Beautiful...I could feel the presence of God in the beauty and solace as I prayed. I am not Catholic, but the feeling was love in the Basilica

A very beautiful and reflective Cathedral which allows you time to walk through and or sit down taking in all its beauty regardless of ones religious affiliation. Quiet, peaceful and inspiring.

This Catholic church is a must see. I always light a candle for everyone while visiting. If you do light a candle, leave the amount of money suggested as a donation. I saw many light candles, including big ones, and did not leave any donation.
