No tee time required very nice and friendly staff great price fairways are tight. greens hold roll slow to medium minimum break. Obviously this is my favorite course now I finally broke into the 70's parring the last three holes for a 79.

I played this course 4 times during our stay. As the others have said it is a tough course. You need to be accurate with your shots or you are in trouble. If you want a course that does not challenge you, don't play here. If you enjoy a challenge you'll get what you want! We had a blast! Course... More

We actually quit after teeing off on #5,at that point I lost a dozen balls and was ready to leave. Other reviews claim it was the worst golf experience ever and its true. Played 20+ years and worked at a Donald Ross course so I'm fairly experienced about design, layout, and maintenance. They should just blow it up and be... More

This is a great value for a course in excellent shape. That is where it stops. The course has narrow tree lined fairways. If you are slightly offline, you roll over the moguls deep into the wasteland, swamp or water. Greens are good but slow and hold the ball. The course's layout is good but disjointed and you drive excessively... More

We played here in February on a nice day. We teed off half an hour late as they were very backed up. We quit four and a half hours later after only finishing 13 holes. My father, who has been golfing for over 50 years, said it was the worst golfing experience he had ever had. Not only had they... More

Royal St. Augustine Golf and Country Club, target golf makes every shot important. Choose your tee box for your abilities and know that wind will be a factor in many of your shots. Course is challenging for all golfers at every level. Course is well maintained and the club house and pro shop have great food and bar as well... More

Course was well maintained, and fairly priced for a weekday round. Clubhouse sells Warrior Golf equipment, and had much of it on sale. Enjoyed the course, not overly difficult, and fun to play. Houses line the course, and on some holes become the hazard themselves. Will be back, great value for a beautiful course.

I played this course once last year and once again today. I am new to the game and found RSA to be well beyond my skill level. I used my 3 wood off the tees and some of the shots were quite good; however, if they varied slightly off dead center (many of them did) my ball ended up in... More

I finally got to play RSA on my 2nd year visiting St. Augustine. Since my buddy lives in the adjoining complex, I was tipped off about this course. I will now pass it on to you... Some of the other reviewers are correct, the course is narrow. It does seem like they tried to squeeze a course between housing complexes.... More

This course was fun for both my husband and I. He plays a lot of golf and I play when the weather is good. This course challenged him, but was not too difficult for me. They had recently overseaded the greens, but it wasn't too much of an issue. Everyone was friendly.
