We were visiting Jacksonville and could not get out to fish due to the rough seas so we decided to play golf at St Johns Golf and CC. Excellent facility with friendly staff. The greens are in excellent shape They cut and double roll them so they are fast. Got a great deal on Golfnow.com for $28. This is definitely... More

I expected more from their food. The service was friendly and quick. However, the grouper was too salty and over cooked. The pizza for the kids looked like it came frozen and was just heated. I was not impressed.

I play cards and eat lunch at St. Johns at least once a month. The staff is always friendly and efficient and the food is excellent. I like the fact that the menu changes frequently with new and different choices as well as old favorites.

Greens are in great shape and roll fast & true. The layout is challenging enough for a mid-HC golfer, and they have plenty of tees as options for low & high HCs. Plenty of water to make it interesting. The layout is enjoyable and the pace of play was just fine.

We played the course on 14th May and it was in great condition, the greens are fabulous pacey with a few subtle slopes. We played from the blue tees although the difference between the white and blue isn't that much, if you are looking for an enjoyable game with a enough of a challenge I would recommend St John's. We... More

Very good condition. We played in 4 hours on a Sunday. Everyone moved along, Folks are nice here. It gets some play but it's my favorite public course ( dollar for dollar) in the area. The greens are as good ( or better) at the moment than at the Stadium. ( they better get busy)

I played St. Johns Golf and Country Club for the second time yesterday 3/3/14 and from start to finish it is golf the way it should be. Upon pulling up to the bag drop, my bag was removed from the car and placed on a cart. For the discounted $42 greens fee, it is a real bargain, with course layout... More

Very fun course, would have loved to play it a second time once I understood where I needed to hit it! 17 and 18 were very tough finishing holes, with a stiff breeze into your face on a long 18!

When I began researching venues for my wedding, I made it a point to read through many reviews, because I believe they are the best way to get a sense of the customer experience. I was looking for a reception venue that would accommodate approximately 100 to 125 guests. My main criteria were that it be affordable, have good food,... More

Played here on way from airport to ocean hammock. Booked tee time on golf now.com. For $39. /person. What a great bargain. Course was well maintained and greens rolled beautifully (and fast). Even lunch was good. Staff was friendly. I have played around the US and UK. This was a heckuva good deal. Manny1950
