Lots of shops, but very spread out, need lots of time to get to all the stores. Many different restaurants in the area. St Augustine is a lovely city.

Exit right off interstate 95 visible from road. One side of premium outlets has the high end designer stores with minimal eating establishments. The other side has a variation of outlet shops and many restaurants in the area. Many shops had specials and good deals for holiday purchases. Sufficient bathroom locations and plenty of parking.

My favorite I'd Dress Barn. I was very impressed with the wide variety of vendors. I was amazed at the ease of getting in and out as busy as it was the day I went!

I was quite surprised with the outlet mall. We first visited the section that is located west of I-95 and I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much there. What was there was nice, just not what I had expected. We then crossed over I-95 to the East side and I was very pleased with the large selection of... More

The mall was pretty outdated. There are a lot of regular/non-outlet shops, where prices were what you would find anywhere. The food court had about 4-5 generic restaurants (not national brands), that were not very appealing. If given the choice, skip this one and go to the one in Orlando. There is a WORLD of difference.

Decided to check out what was "premium" about this mall. The outlet mall on the east side is more indoor this one doesn't appear to be connected. We just hit Eddie Bauer & then hit the food court, we thought to get dinner....not hardly, We left to find a place to eat, they simply had nothing of interest. This outlet... More

Went here to walk my "food off." Found a lot of great stores. The prices are great and affordable! I enjoy walking around and window shopping at some if the stores. I would go back and suggest this location for a good shopping experience!

I went with my family a couple of times to both outlets. Our impression was to go shopping for big brand names at a lower price, we did found a couple of stores like Gap, Nike, Adidas , Gucci etc there but most stores we're a little to over price. There's two section of the outlets one across from the... More

This was across from another set of outlets which were dead. Both had good choices on the stores but just no one shopping.

Visit St Augustine regularly from the UK and really enjoy this mall. Always great selection of stores and offers. Adidas, Tommy, Nike, Puma, Gap...if only the UK could replicate the outlet idea! A must go to place for shopping in North Florida.
