Loved the history here. So exciting to see the history of the war that was fought at the Fort. St.Augustine is a beautiful old city with lots of history.Fun for young and old.

I always learn something new here! Well worth the money to visit. It is rich with Florida history and Native American history. Our tour guides Esperanza and Alexia were phenomenal! The hands on exhibit is all authentic and interactive. The only thing that you can't touch is the spring. LOVE this attraction. Great for any age!

Our school visited Fort Menendez on a cold, windy day, but none of the kids minded. They all had a blast! The guides were great with kids, kept them interested and laughing!

This place is good to visit if you have small children. It is very educational and interesting. The tour guide, Maria, her real name was Olivia, just like my daughter, was very patient and works very well with children just like a teacher. She showed us the different parts of the museum, for example, the Spanish fort or garrison, the... More

Brought the kids after visiting with my fiance a year prior. This time they had the big replica of a ship finished and you could explore that as well as all of the other cool things they have. You start out as "passengers" heading to the new world. Someone can volunteer to be a soldier, and get a weapon (fake... More

First of all, scan the coupon books for percentage off tickets: don't pay full price. The last time we stayed in Saint Augustine, our hotel was very close to Fort Menendez and our son wanted to go. We didn't, because we thought it was going to be total cheese. This trip, we made it one of the first things we... More

Best place we have found for children in some time. Wish this place was around when our children were small. So hands on and educational. Worth every cent we spent.

My mother and I decided to take my nieces and nephew - ages 16, 9 and 5 - to Fort Menendez on our latest trip to St. Augustine as it was one place we had not visited before. I am so glad we did! This was the most fun the kids, and the adults, had on the entire trip! Visitors... More

My grandson and I got there when they were about to close and the guide (first name starts with a E) so sorry, it wasn't visible on the document he signed at the beginning of the tour. In any case he was kind to take us around anyway. The tour was quite informative as I learned even more about the... More
