Consistent with so many other reviews on here, we thoroughly enjoyed having Maggie as the guide for this tour. From the beginning, she came across as authentic and straightforward -- she explained the tour without trying to oversell it, and helpfully explained the distinctions from the ghost tours offered by this tour company as well as competitors'. She was respectful... More

We saw a lot of tours around the area and were looking for one that didn't involve a tour guide in period costume or actors pretending to be ghosts. There's not anything wrong with that- we just wanted a tour that presented history and stories in a entertaining way, and this tour was perfect! Maggie was our tour guide and... More

Janis was super friendly, super knowledgeable about the history and very considerate of those who were unable to stand for long periods. The tour was awesome as well and I really enjoyed hearing about the history as well as seeing things we may have missed if they were not pointed out.

This is the way to learn about a city. Our guide was great! He was entertaining and informative as he walked us around the city at night. He gave a good basic history of the town while mixing in some delightful ghost stories. Being able to stop and see what was being described added to the feeling. Was so good,... More

My friend and I were lucky enough to have a tour with Heidi, who usually conducts one of the ghost tours. There were only 4 of us and Heidi spun us some truly spine chilling stories of murder and mysterious goings on that happened in St Augustine, taking us to the places where the events occurred. We were more than... More

We decided on a last minute weekend trip to St. Augustine. The History, Mystery, Mayhem & Murder tour was suggested to us after a quick walk downtown. One of the city guides mentioned the tour and we are happy they did. My husband and I have been visiting St. Augustine for years. There's so much history in the city and... More

We had two tours with Maggie and you can see her passion for the city. We had a brief deluge at the start but it didn't dampen the tour! Great value with Groupon 2 for 1

We (a couple from Germany) were lucky to get a tour all alone with our guide Janic. It was very entertaining and we got to know St. Augustine and its people (alive, dead or ghost) very well. In addition to that we were told all sorts of interesting stories about these people. We would definitely recommend this tour to all... More

I had bought groupon tickets for the History, Mystery, Mayhem & Murder tour. I didn't know that I only needed one, so we got to experience 2 tours. The people at the City Walk office were very helpful and guided me through my mistake. :) The first night we did a tour with Arliss. The tour was great! The second... More
