We went with three kids 4, 5 and 7. LOVED it! Children had their family name written and were even given the quill pen. Argued about the 'stinkin' English and took some great photots. You kids must be able to listen and have an interest in history because it is not all hands-on. Don't do the pkge with the other... more

I was given a ticket to this museum; don't know if having to pay would color my opinion a little less favorably. There are so many museums in St. Augustine that it can get difficult to maintain enthusiasm as the day goes by; this was not an EXCITING place, but in thinking back on it, I'm impressed by the detail... more

We were just about the only ones there but, rather than slacking off, they went the extra mile to interact with our kids. We learned so much about the challenges of settling Florida. I'd assumed it was easy because of the long growing season but the moisture meant that food could only be stored for a day or two. more
