On this cold rainy night, I was so looking forward to the hot tub, especially coming down from a cold, snowy area. After running through the cold rain to jump in, I discovered it wasn't a hot tub. At best, it was a luke warm tub. So I ran back through the cold rain to my room and called the... More

It is mostly a large house area with some very beautiful homes over many miles of Florida land. There are 2 course there and it does cost to play. Actually it is a lot more expensive than most the other golf course in the area, but then it is World Golf Village. Outside of about 60 miles most folks have... More

Enjoyed the pool and pristine facilities. Would be nice to have some healthier food options for restaurants and the lobby is kept waaay too cold, but would definitely stay here again.

Although the location is terrific, the lack of shops across from the hotel and timeshare is disconcerting, it's like a ghost town! The timeshare has a great pool but the noise volume is terrible in the rooms. You hear every toilet flushing as they sound like jet engines! Until they soundproof, make sure you are on the top floor or... More

Very well done displays await you here. The staff of volunteers are very knowledgeable and very friendly. The interactive displays like the old Scottish putting green, regular putting green and golf simulator were very good. The displays are fascinating and if even a casual golf fan a must see. The 18 hole putting course is a definite bonus as is... More

I've been an IMAX member for about 6 yrs now. Recently, a couple new features have been added as membership perks. One is that members now get to play the putting course for free (normally a $5 fee) & two is that members now get priority seating (entered first into the theater) as long as you arrive at least 20... This is a good walk through of history and artifacts from golfs past. The real grass mini golf is cool and the IMAX theatre is worth the look. Unfortunately there isn't anything else at the site. The PGA tour shop closed out last year (not much business and pricey), I can understand why. Caddy shack restaurant is still there but... More

Lots to see and read about from the beginning of golf's history to modern day heroes. Make sure you go up to the tower for a wonderful view. The trophies on display up there are beautiful. Lots of hall of fame golfers to read about. Liked the Bob Hope Exhibit and his contributions as well as the Bobby Jones story.... More

This museum is definitely worth visiting. You can spend quite some time looking at all the exhibits. I especially enjoyed the Bob Hope exhibit. They have an interactive virtual driving range which is fun. There is also an 18 hole putting course and also a driving range over water which the men in our group really enjoyed.

We found the place to be peaceful with helpful guides and fun hands on exhibits. This should be a destination for rainy days in St. Augustine. WE enjoyed hitting golf balls on to the island green and using the nineteenth century putters. The information was interesting but heavy on non Hall of Fame people. We do think that it is... More
