Bring water with you. view is beautiful. it is very hot here. wear comfy shoes. not commercial which was nice. they give kids a "to do" booklet which once completed, they get a badge and a certificate which kept my daughter somewhat interested. More

We found it difficult to park around this facility. On the second expedition we were able to use public parking adjacent to the facility. This old fort is somewhat small, but it served it's function.
