Recently, I took a visiting friend from Michigan on a tour of our little city on the Red Trains and what a great value for 16.99. The drivers were informative and it gave us time to get off at the many stop points to take pictures, visit sights up close or just relax riding around enjoying the many beautiful views.... more

This is great for first timers who want to get the "lay of the land" before deciding where to spend more time. It takes about 1.5 hours to ride the entire circuit. I'd do it again and would rate it excellent if the ticket prices were closer to $15 per person versus the full price of $21 we paid. more

I totally didn't think this was worth the money. We'd been to St. Augustine a number of times and knew how bad the traffic can get, so we decided the best way to get to the sights would be the trolley. We even bought coupons online for buy-one-get-one free (ebay), which I was glad we did since tickets are $21/ppl... more

We just returned from our first trip to St. Augustine, Purchased tickets on line for the Old Town Trolley before leaving home and saved a few dollars. We loved riding the trolley and being able to get on & off at 20 different stops. All the drivers were very friendly & helpful except one by the name of Gaines. We... more

This is a great way to see the town and learn a bit about it. Be careful not to believe all the "historical information" the guide tells you as it seems to vary from day to day. My advice is to make this your first stop on arriving in town, simply leave the car and climb on the trolly. If you... more

You can get on and off at any stop any time during their operation hours (8-4:30). The guides are knowledgable and tell lots of interesting stories. It gets you all over the city without having to walk. It is the only way to see St Augustine. more

This was the first time we took the train around town. It is by far the best way to go. The first day we were there we took it all the way around. The next day we got off at the diffrent stops. It was much easier than trying to find parking places. Each diffrent tour guide has diffrent stories... more

Spend the time on a trolley! It will take you all over the city, and you can decide what you really want to see. I had a 3 day pass, and each time I got on a trolley with a different guide, I learned more about the city. My suggestion would be to try to sit close to the front... more

I visited St. Augustine in June, 2003. While I was there, we took a day to spend on the trains. The trains were great! The starting point has free parking. For a good price, you get a ticket to ride the trains all day. They stop at every single major tourist attraction, allowing you to get off and explore as... more
