The naturally occurring minerals in the limestone act as an underground filter for the steady upwelling of water, leaving behind a luxuriously pure bath of minerals for guests to enjoy. Blue Hole Mineral Spring is located only 9 miles southeast of Negril. « less

This mineral spring is a gem! I'm so glad that we found this place. Although we didn't jump in (we climbed down the ladder), it was so refreshing and wonderful. To top it all off, the workers give you a limestone mineral massage/mud bath while you are down there. It felt awesome. This is a must see for the entire... More

Blue hole mineral spring is okay. It is a big hole in the ground with water at the bottom. You jump off the cliff into the hole about 30 feet down. There is turquoise clear water at the bottom. After the 2nd or 3rd jump, its not that exciting and the water in the hole is very very cold. Only... More

So I'd read some bad reviews of this place before I went, I was expecting it to be a bit of a hustle. But it was the one of the highlights of my trip. I love cliff diving and I wrote off ricks because it's a zoo and really unprofessional, if u jump from the higher platforms I think it... More

My boyfriend and I spent the day here and had a great time. The mineral spring itself is fun to jump into, and once you're in the water you can rub your skin with the minerals that line the walls. Really great spot for a relaxing fun afternoon, good for kids too. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.... More

Had a fun stop at Blue Hole! The jump is exhilarating! And the workers/lifeguards made it fun! Seems like the hotel would be a nice place to stay, the scenery is beautiful.

Out in the middle of the countryside, about 20 mins from Negril. It's a lovely rural drive to this remote location. The spring is inexpensive to visit...$5 to see, $10 if you want to jump in (25 ft) and experience the natural waters and get a mineral/lime stone mud bath. We enjoyed hanging out at the bar and playing dominoes... More

This is a must due on your vacation list, looking down the hole can be very scary, the life guards are so helpful they make you feel safe, you can jump or walk down the step ladder which I did once I got in the water what a wonderful experience, I had a lime stone rub which was so AMAZING... More

This place is a lot of fun. First of all, let me start by saying there isn't all that much to it. It's a resort, so there is a pool and a little bar. There is also the "hole" which people jump down that leads to a underwater spring. It's quite fun jumping down there and cooling off. The young... More

It's a 25ft drop into a hole in the ground filled with fresh water. It's apparently bottomless too which makes it even more intimidating to actually jump in there. But they have life jackets for people who are worried about drowning and life guards on duty who will wait in the water for you so they're there when you reach... More

(Note: there is another place in Jamaica called the Blue Hole as well and it seems that some people may get the two places confused.) We were a group of 13 and we spent the majority of a day at the Blue Hole Mineral Spring. Everybody had a great time and the children who were with us said it was... More
